Isn't CBD facing the same scrutiny?

CBD is under attack but from a different direction. I've actually heard that some of the guys with the big hemp grows that are crystallizing out pure CBD via hexane I think... anyway I've heard some are getting cease and desists orders based on the fact that the gubmint holds the patent on CBD ... talk about duplicity... this is hearsay at the moment, wouldn't doubt it though
there's a few different propaganda pieces floating around and getting re-hashed and made to sound brand new but so far they're just baloney aimed at ruing poor hippies morning coffee and not much more... probably trying to manufacture negative consent in people who are on the fence...

Also--- they are crystallizing nearly pure THC out of solution as well. As i understand it takes a lil liquid CO2 under pressure and a tiny bit of HCL with some agitation. So you need a food grade pressure tank and a lot of spendy hardware. Not the sort of thing you can just do in a garage or out on the back porch.

I didn't even catch the initial post. Jesus fuck. These greedy pieces of shit. I would love to get my hands around their necks. I would literally murder them. I am more than sick of this shit. With every report, every bystander video, a rage continues to develop in me that takes over in such a way that I want to personally be responsible for their deaths.
But I can't, theyre in charge, I'm a peon. No harm no foul.

What I don't get is, who are the people that are against Kratom without any experience with it to begin with to be asking for it to be banned? Was it even people opposed to it or simply word of mouth that people are getting "high" off Kratom, which is opioidergic, therefore DEA sees it as an abusable plant drug? Does the public even have a say as to what needs to get banned or schedule or the government people call the shots whenever they feel like it?
Is there still time to fight this ban via an online petition? I'd think the DEA figured no one would be marching around D.C. protesting a ban on a plant (seems like a waste of time). The DEA knows they'll make more money prosecuting those that still has access to a schedule 1 drug plant.

over 100,000 petitions were signed so it is a popular issue. Why did the DEA still make it scheduled 1?

They ban it because it has the potential to help an addict stop using the Pharm product/street product which cuts into there profits, so they(big pharma) lobby (bribe) the DEA to intervene! The powers that be do not want "free thinking" it opens the door to movements (BLM/OCCUPY WALLSTREET) resentment against the 1%, resistance to GOV spying/drug war/war on terrorism. Simply put the drug war became an issue (not when addicts returned from Vietnam) like they want you to believe, it became an issue when the youth refused to go/fight a BS war that could not be won, and through the resistance, at the heart of it was MJ/LSD so they figured if we stop the drugs they will fall in line! Keep the sheeple herded together cowering in fear! The 1%/Gov has one true fear, the people, at anytime if the people unite they are done! They know this clear as day, its why the Global corporations are willing to fund the NSA CIA to know all that is a threat to there control. They want you to be scared of a boogyman, now its ISIS, but the people are waking up and realizing these groups are US agency funded to do exactly what Gov wants, repealing of all rights, it started with 9/11 and the old boogyman AL Qeada/BinLAden and when thet was used up they created ISIS from AL Qeada/taliban, because we supposedly defeated them... Now they use these excuses in europe, fake terrorism to get the sheeple to herd together in fear and repeal right after right, while GOV/1% takes over! Freethinking is there biggest threat, its why schools are drugging the students that act out in any way, the outspoken students are proven to be the free thinkers and that they do not want, drug them, keep them in fear (cops in schools) and make them herd together like sheeple!

Kratom isn't very easy to propagate in mass in Ohio. Hard to clone from my experience. does not survive the winter either. Not sure how much a clone would yield over the course of a grow season. Now poppies on a dry year would do great here. As far as having some control over medicine once the Gov no longer cares for the non Government/military population. I prefer kratom for pain meds it's just not as plausible from a security point of view.

many studies have been attempted to establish orchards in other places. What has been proven again and again is that the trees do not produce their alkaloids the same when grown in other places. Also, trees grow quite slowly and even in rainforest conditions without the same soil the leaf will contain a different mix of alkaloids. It is a relationship between the tree and nature that deserves much research and understanding, and respect. If every person under the sun that wanted Kratom suddenly had access it could be bad for the forests of Malaysia... much in the same way that sandalwood trees are all but extinct now and the spice islands are now cattle ranchers instead of foresters.

Grows in Vietnam.
Had a bit of kratom that was sprayed with the same leaf concentrate. Best leaf I ever had. Not nearly as much of that irritating tolerance.
Is there in an alkaloid in native leaf that acts as an antagonist? Perhaps I am daydreaming but nature mixes agonist and antagonist sometimes.

Under the right conditions Krat grows plenty fast. It's not in any danger of fading away.

Hard to clone and seeds have a very short viable shelf live. Less than coca seeds?

Not hard to clone. Just have to take good cuttings and keep them moist and oxygenated until roots form. Seeds are nearly useless.

Forgot to mention the enhanced leaf was grown in the Dominican.
I don't get why they outlawed it when I only heard of one person having a problem with it. That girl sounds stupid and didn't know shit about anything. Never heard of someone dying from kratom or isolates. Have not heard of crazy YouTube vids of kids all twisted or er visits. Never found salvia to be all that either. Learned you had to smoke it a certain way and I no longer believe that trash.

The thing I didn't like about most vendor kratom was a pretty low ceiling. One of those herbs like old time weed. Can't take too much and it's a waste to try. No real gain in buzz, just a bit more visionary/dreamy.
