Mating, compatible oyster strains

Serious question, can oysters be mated from spawn to a nutrient rich substrate?
I have done some research, I have Golden oyster spawn, and soon Tarragon oyster spawn.
Looking on Wikipedia, there are three types of branching oyster strains. All three considered reproductively compatible, and closely related.
----
Pleurotus cornocopiae, the Branched Oyster Mushroom, occurs throughout Britain and Ireland, where it is a fairly common sight, as well as in most parts of mainland Europe. Its range extends also into western Asia. In eastern Asia the closely-related Golden Oyster Mushroom Pleurotus citrinopileatus is a very popular edible mushroom.
Pleurotus cornucopiae (Branched Oyster) - Britain, Europe, Asia Pleurotus citrinopileatus (Golden Oyster) - Asia Pleurotus eunosmus (Tarragon Oyster) - Britain
----
I would like to mate Golden and Tarragon.

Not without a flow hood, a lot more knowledge (I just know enough to know no don't know enough), agar, and chemicals to create monokaryons.

Put 'Monokaryon (monokaryotic) protoplast fusion' into Google scholar. In layman's terms, isolated strains have dikaryotic mycelium, genes from 2 parents. They won't fuse again with other strains. You can take them back to monokaryons (one set of chromosomes), mating equivalent to spores, with various chemicals that break down cell walls. You may have heard mention of rattle snake vemon for instance. If you're lucky you'll get some different species to mate.
