And as far as pris comment goes I get what you're saying but I can 100% say all my busts are vehicle related. I'm not gonna stop smoking herb
they're all related to not thinking about the fact that you can get caught, being in a vehicle just makes you more visible. do your shit at home
The weed wouldn't be in a jar hidden in my car if I thought I was invincible. I would've had a bag and a pipe laying on the passenger seat.
I'm well aware the lifestyle is taking a risk in my state. I don't ever think I won't get caught. I am more paranoid than most people, I just have shit luck.
If I got caught for 99% of the times I broke the law doing drugs, speeding, driving without insurance, fucking up in dumb ways....I wouldn't be posting right now.
Just because I am open about my legal mishaps, doesn't mean those are my only runs. I have steady times where I indulge and don't get in any trouble and walk the line. Sometimes things happen I can't control though, like deer. That day was a straight drive home from work. I had my stuff hidden, but when the cruiser came it was raining and I was already out of my car trying to push it back onto the road, it was a little honda, I almost had it. The first cop was going to just call a tow truck, then his supervisor showed up and instructed him to search my car which I denied.
These sort of mishaps are why I've never grown weed, or mushrooms, or done extractions.....I don't like the chaos variables that come into play that I can't control.
Obviously this last year I have been grinding hard on the straight and narrow, and I have made it this far.
I went 7 years with no drug charges before I was ratted on and raided. I have street smarts and common sense. Sometimes I just get too full of myself and go on benders which result in poor choice making. I haven't done that since I was raided 7 years ago. I have come a long way.
P.s It's not that hard to say "Good job" instead of waving your finger at me like a perfectionist who knows exactly how to handle every single situation. You can plan for the future but you can't rely 100% on those plans to work out.

Take the good fortune as exactly that and smile .
I'm kinda of the opinion that we make our own luck. Perhaps by succumbing to the moment and curteously marching into the courthouse and saying your piece, you sealed your own fate. A small action blossomed; imagine the price of inaction .
It made me smile man, it always give me a bit of hope when I see people catch a break...I could do with salvation from my own storm.

I know my lawyer would've pitched a fit if he found out I did that and would say he'd do it when he got around to it, but he wouldn't return my calls, and I had already paid him in full on this case.
I explained that to the judge as well, because he asked where my lawyer was at. I told him since he wouldn't return my calls I couldn't afford to hire another ones, and I didn't see any other option.
I was pretty surprised the judge saw things my way.
He said as long as I was telling the truth about finishing everything and my po was ok with it he would release me.
He asked me to put it in writing so I requested to be released the 27th like originally planned. I am hoping he doesnt like comprise on it and say well we can do til the end of the year or something.....I'm sick of probation fines and pissing in cups. I just want to be done with this, and rightfully so.

I've been on probation several times before. They are riding me harder on this one than any of the others and this is the lightest fuck up I have been on probation for.
My PO refers to MJ as "dope" and is in clear that he detests "dope" and I picked the wrong po to fuck with!
Like yo dawg, I didn't pick you LOL
He's warmed up to me over the months once he found out I'm not some sketchy liar. I always go in proper with a suit on and am very calm and mannered with him, always pay my fines and do everything he asks and I have a full time job with clean urine.
In and out appointments now. He is at the point where he is literally like "there is no reason for me to see you anymore"

If I wouldn't have bought that 5 dollar ticket and won 5k I would be up fucked right now. That ticket paid off all my bills and is a down payment for a car.

Congrats man, I got off probation in march from a dui. I had unsupervised probation, fines and work driving privleges so it wasn't anywhere near as bad as your situation.

I'm just saying, most people don't have your luck. Obviously. The odds are against you and you got lucky. Now, we can talk about luck in an entirely different sort of thread but I don't want to. I won't argue with you about that. I just hope you aren't deluded enough to think you have some kind of competitive advantage at the lottery. About the best you can hope for is to buy from the same roll of scratchers until you hit a winner. Buying lots of different ones is a moron's strategy. The real sucker lotto is the one with the numbers.

sounds to me like you have incredibly good luck in your bad decision making.
