could i boil eggs in my mushshroom jars

My chickens lay many eggs and i mostly enjoy eggs boiled, but, the eggs, at least right now have soft whites no matter how its boiled, probably since the chickens are young. Normally i waste SOO much egg trying to peel them, and that coupled with the time and mess it hadly feels worthwhile. I considered poached but its just not the same.
Anyway, i was wondering, since i replaced all my canning jar lids so now i have ones with and without air holes, could i fill a jar with egg and pressure cook it to have a jar filled with bulk boiled egg?
If so, it would make it so easy to do something like large slices for sandwiches, since they are open mouth jars, and also, if i really wanted to, i could do something like long eggs, cooking with a hollow space in the middle until its cooked enough then adding yolk and finishing it off, though, thats a bit overkill.
If it would work, how long to pressure cook it? If the pressure cooker is not going to work, then, how long should i boil them?
they are 250ml jars.
one other thing, if i can pressure cook them, can they store a while? its basically under a vacuum once out and the seal is tight either way. But im just talking like a week unopened tops. How much longer, if any more, would i need to PC to do this?
Thanks

I'm a chef , that being said you're eggs won't cook best in the jars being jammed that close to each other. Best way to get easy peel boiled eggs;
Bring large pot of water to a boil Dunk eggs (in a basket of sorts) for 30 seconds Remove from water for 30 seconds Return eggs and turn heat down to medium high and let cook for 10-12 minutes depending on your desired yolk texture -10 minutes gives a nice moist yellow yolk with a centimeter of orange yolk in the center. Drop eggs into an ice bath immediately
Lightly drop egg on counter to crack slightly and roll with you're palm back and forwards once. Most of the egg shells will come off in two pieces . I've made thousands of deviled eggs and this way has saved me a lot of frustration. It also is in my opinion the best way, it produces nice yellow yolks with no grey and whites that are soft and not rubbery.

I didnt mean placing whole uncracked/emptied eggs into the jar, I dont know how you reffer to an egg once out of its shell, or the contents of an egg other than as "egg", but i meant removing the While+yolk part, discarding the shell, and putting the contents of the egg into the jar.
Also ive tried that same method, doesnt work, the outer albumen of the egg is really runny, it is physically incapable of fully coagulating. Understand these are not from farms/supermarket, these are young chickens still producing substandard eggs.

Your eggs might not be boiling right because they are too fresh. I had problems with that, and the shells being almost impossible to get off the cooked white no matter how much salt I used in the water. I had tried vinegar as well, still didnt help.
Then I started aging the eggs I would boil for about a month, and they cooked perfect, and peeled well.

I have experienced that with the eggs we got when we had chickens last year. The fresh eggs don't boil and harden as well. I think my grandma told me to use older eggs so I tested that theory and old eggs work much better. Thanks grams!

This is exactly what I was going to say and as far as I know from growing fresh eggs, being fresh is the only thing that causes an egg to not peel as we want. The only way to get what your looking for is to let your eggs sit and get older. People are used to the easy peel because eggs you buy in the chain supermarket are generally at least a month old.

Not my method but this guy knows what he is talking about, unfortunately it won't make your fresh egg easier to peel at all. I can't speak to the science of it, because I don't know it, but I know from experience that older eggs peel better. And no they wont taste different.
I label eggs when I grab them from the coop and cycle out older ones to use for boiling.
I store my eggs for sometimes over half a month without refrigeration and I'm sure they could go longer. Eggs are amazing. I just wanted to throw that in there if you needed to free some space in your fridge.

The short answer is YES.. Your just "canning" eggs, just like people do with meat, fruit, vegetables and sometimes dairy.
I would try instead of doing the cracked egg in a jar, try to scramble and season the eggs. This would make best for a canned, cooled and sliced product.

Thanks for the advice, i let some eggs sit in the fridge for 3 weeks and sure enough they all peel great, also found that canning eggs is not good. they smell really bad, its like you kinda lose all that when you boil it in its shell but in the jar its all sealed up in there. great though for making bulk boiled egg still asuming its mixing into something else, like curry egg or egg salad, but, to slice up for break, nope.
