hi guys!
so this is my first time growing. there are about 10-12 shrooms in the jar, one of them seems really fucked up, but others look normal, except they're kind of green under the "hat".
what's happening, what do i do?
thanks in advance.

The green part is fine, the only thing I see that can be an issue is that you have a bacterial blotch on the big cap (probably from over misting) and you need more FAE from the looks of the fuzzy socks

thanks!
i was too "careful" about not contaminating it, so i kept it in a closed locker, only got it out for a few hours a day for it to get some light.
so how do i provide FAE and keep it sterile?
and can i eat these?

From this picture I wouldnt eat it. Looks like some other contam im not sure, I would recommend cutting the cap off if youre desperate and letting it dry out at least.

No need to throw away fruits with bacteria on them, drying before eating will be enough.
Mold is a different story though.
That fruiting chamber needs holes for fresh air exchange, or you'll more than likely to have more and more issues and ruin your grow -or at least harvest less yield than you can.
Constant humidity is not a thing we want while growing shrooms. Fresh air exhange and fluctuating humidity is.
