Would you rather give me snuggles or have me incarcerated?

Shroomerite Koods has stated recently that he feels first time offenders ov drunk driving or street racing should be jailed. Since these activities are deemed illegal in the united states, it does not matter if one is responsible about it or not. Thus if i were found guilty ov doing either, no matter the responsible actions taken to minimize the chance ov harm to innocent people, people with the same outlook as koods feel that i belong behind bars. I am also a consumer ov drugs, both illegal and legal. Should i be placed behind bars for that? I'm a homosexual and a pagan, which are illegal to practice in some areas. Do you think that i should be jailed for that? I do'nt intentionally harm people. I stole some candy in Atlantic City last year and a propane tank when i was hungry for burgers a few years before that, but i'm not really a thief. Should i be put into jail?
Or would you rather cuddle with me? No sexy bit touches and fully clothed unless desired otherwise, just good wholesome snuggles. I'm a really good snuggler.
Those are your choices. Based upon who i am, do you think that i should be confined to your arms in cuddles, or to a cold jail cell? Just curious.

The best way to minimize those chances would be not driving drunk.

Prison and jail should be filled with violent people and large scale thief's, not drug users, not DUI offenders, not homosexuals.

Not all with alcohol in their system are drunk. The best way to minimize those chances would be to know how to drive properly, unlike the hordes ov people eye witness pretty much every day who clearly do not.

Are you trying to justify killing someone while drink driving?
I would rather hug you then pat you on the back as you made your way to the chair.

I think we need an overhaul on field sobriety tests that determine whethrr or not you are "dui".
An example would be if you can perform a specific set of tests then how can they say you are "to drunk to drive?" If i can navigate a dmv trainers course with .09 intoxication level and carry out whatever else they request, then am i really to drunk to drive? Or do i handle liquor more responsibly then the average bear?

Sounds like jail would be the perfect opportunity to get all the snuggles you need.

I've been pulled over for a bad taillight in the past, the cop decided to call for a k9 to search me and the k9 was supposedly "to busy" and he let me go.
When i got out and looked at the taillight it was perfectly fine. I even smacked it a few times in case he caught it flickering. Nothing.

@lusID that's fucked up. i've heard they have some pretty shady tactics they use at dui checkpoints too where they get their Dog to make false signals in order to search your vehicle.

I think k9 signaling should (not be used at all but that ain't gonna happen) be universally understood.
What is a signal?
The dog going fucking nuts barking?
My dog does this when a car drives by
The dog stops wagging it's tail?
Poor thing can't wag forever.
It sits down?
Dogs sit without finding drugs.
What signals a hit? A cop could just say "oh he growled at you, time to search your car.
If it became a national standard that everyone knew that say "dog sits, point nose in air and howls 3 times" then this would combat a lot of shady practice.
That is assuming they don't just train the dog to do this when the cop scratches his nose and pats his head.

I've been pulled over before, cop swore up and down that she smelled marijuana. I wasn't even smoking at the time, nor had I ever done so in that vehicle. They called a dog, sure enough the dog signaled that there were drugs in the car (there weren't, nor had there ever been).
They spent the next 45 minutes searching the vehicle. I was nervous, because I thought they might plant something if they were willing to go that far as to get a false positive. They told me I was good to go though, not before giving me a speeding ticket for going 4-9 miles over. Assholes.

In '14 i was arrested for a dui because i was looking at my cell phone while stopped at a red light. He smelled the alcohol on me after he pulled me over for the cell phone offense. There's one example.

Hi and thanks! I did have a terrible sickness for which i went untreated since the doctors did not care to address it or diagnose me since i have no medical insurance as well as 'drug and alcohol abuse' on my record. I also withdrew from alcohol near the tail end ov the sickness which resulted in some craziness, along with the PPIs i was wrongfully prescribed which gave me even more nasty side effects. Now, with the exception ov some muscle issues i am in good health. I have drank a few times since the last WD, but i am able to abstain most ov the time and do not have terrible effects when i stop.

That doesn't make sense.
Everyone thinks they can drive drunk, it rightly isn't up to them to decide.

OP, if you want to destroy your life because you can't control your drinking, that's your choice. Once you get behind the wheel, you are messing with other people's lives.
