Question about outdoor yields

Okay, I know this is a bad question. I know people don't like answering questions on yield. I know it has tons of variables. But I'm asking anyways In a typical outdoor cube grow that uses moe's tek (basic idea of burying cakes, saturated straw, and manure together), what are some typical yields per square foot? Anyone that has experience with an outdoor grow can answer. What was your yield like?

Okay, nice frame of reference. Other opinions?

Could be endless just maybe the spores will reproduce there, after the first harvest, then again, and so on and you could have a never ending supply how much per 'harvest' the world may never know.
Lol just do it and see what happens

There are so many variables that this really does not have an answer. If you are looking for a consistent yield or result you need to bring it indoors, dial everything in, and use consistent genetics. There is a reason people who grow in places where cubes are wild still grow indoors.
Assuming you had maintained great conditions and a better spawn ratio than most outdoor growers use I would imagine 20-100 grams would be what you could expect given the variability of ms. But the answer of 0-100 grams is really the most accurate.

Okay, I wasn't really expecting a better answer than that. Was just trying to get a frame of reference so I knew what to expect. 0-100 sounds good though

i buried 1 cake mixed with hpoo and straw outside and got one cluster. thats it. 1.5ish grams dry. try it yourself and see if you can do more!
also just putting that same cake in a SGFC would have given way way way more.

I guess outdoor grows could cause lower yields than if you were just going to fruit the cakes. But is this always the case? Could a nice outdoor grow produce much more per cake than, say, pf tek?

its impossible to tell. thats why its done indoor. the teks give you a rough idea of yield whereas outdoor is completely up to mother nature.

I found that my outdoor yields were close to that of indoor, but spread out over more flushes due to less control over FAE and humidity.
This was the largest flush, believe it was the third of five.

What'd you do? Just mix hpoo and straw and spawn? Bury it?

Pretty much. Dug a hole and spawned into it, then covered with leaves since I didn't have straw.

Do you happen to know the yield you got and amount of spawn you used? Very nice

Sorry, this patch was five years ago. There was plenty to go around.
