When all is still within you can give yourself a good looking over.

I agree traveling is the best for discovering yourself and self exploration.

Surprised about how many say travelling. I've done a fair bit. To me, it's more like just massive fucking fun and excitement than self discovery. I always learn lots along my travels, but more about the ways of the world, rather than the ways of my heart and mind..

--------------------
Let it be seen that you are nothing. And in knowing that you are nothing... there is nothing to lose, there is nothing to gain. What can happen to you? Something can happen to the body, but it will either heal or it won't. What's the big deal? Let life knock you to bits. Let life take you apart. Let life destroy you. It will only destroy what you are not.

I'll give you an example . I live a desert without tons of friendly folks and a terrible job economy. I went to Alaska and on the face of it I didn't like being so far away from home, had no idea what would happen. I first went to a small fishing village but also tourist trap. I ended up on a crab fishin boat with a nice couple my age and it's something I've never done, the nature was so raw. 4 days later I worked on a marine biology boat for science. Saw places I never dreamed of. Somehow when you travel and see amazing things, meet new people you learn immense amounts about yourself

I find it can humble you greatly and put alot of things in your own life into perspective. You experience something that could be so out of your comfort zone or new and exciting or extreme. You meet new people and maybe experience other cultures and ways of life. It can be very eye opening and life changing experiences.

best means of self exploration is to donate your body to science for research
