They will be fine. Btw, Fanning is not required in a SGFC. Just a preference after misting.

Also, if you're new and your posts contain the words: Humidifer, incubator, air-stone, or heater, then you need to read and UTFSE before asking people to review your setup. OR... You should be cultivating reptiles and fish, not mushrooms.

I was the same way when I first had "kids".... Now they're lucky if I look at them more than once a day.
Your cakes will be fine

It does have holes on all 6 sides... Just not all the down on the walls and only 6 holes on the bottom. But ya all 6 sides have holes.

Sgfc isn't built to spec . Holes look to big and they should be 1/4 inch 2 inches apart on all six Sides..

Leaving for two days will be fine... If you're SGFC was built correctly...
Which it's not.
Invest in another tub and construct the SGFC correctly or you might come back to a giant puffball where your cakes used to sit!

No holes on bottom... Big holes on side.
I'd have to say shriveled and blue is more likely than puffball in those particular conditions. The main source of humidity is unavailable and there's still some amount of FAE/crossbreeze.
