It's not really a tek, just treat WBS like any grain, except rinse the fuck out of it. Rinse rinse rinse rinse. Pick out sunflower seeds. Soak for 16-24 hrs drain, then flash boil some water again after the soak and dump the grain in for a few mins, and drain again. Let the water evaporate from the surface of the WBS on spread out towels or a screen. Once dry to the touch and not sticky, load to jars, PC and follow regular sterile/inoc procedures.

You should be cultivating reptiles and fish, not mushrooms.

I would respectfully ignore this lol..not to be rude but wbs should not be treated like any other grain because it has a lot of small grains in it...I avoid the simmer at all costs n don't worry about any rinsing or sfs

It's whatever works for you though right I mean you arent wrong it's just a preference thing but simmering wbs can be a bitch and lead to starchy grain n you will have wished you used gypsum.

Also just to clarify, I was not suggesting to simmer the grain. Even I wouldn't do that. Results in burst seeds/ grain. Only boil water in a separate pot and then put grain in for a few moments, then drain, so it allows the water to evap from it and get the outside of the small grains dry.

I'm using this tek. No cooking. Just soak in hot water for 24 hours. Is this tek legit?
