Do you pour your plates while agar is still hot or warm? Ive found stacking them while their still warm helps with condensation. I prefer pouring them while its still pretty warm.
Although ive had temperature fluctuations cause condensation after the fact.

I would pour when it's still pretty warm. The longer you wait, the higher the chance for contamination. Up to you though. Condensation is not going to hurt anything except for your ability to see inside from the top and sides. Just stack them until the condensation subsides a bit, you can still see pretty well from the bottom through the agar anyway.
