(I have 3 stir bars too ) I think I had some shit on my camera lens there.
Nice build. I thought about building a stir plate. But then I had a free Cimarec Stir\Hot plate fall into my lap. A stir plate is so nice for LCs. I've got a crapload of different sized stir bars to suit whatever vessel I decide to use.

What brand and model is that? Looks similar to an excalibur, but I can't read any of the labels. How much that run you?

My dehydrator is a knock off Della 10 Tray. Its a Best Choice Products dehydrator tho. Funny thing is, the manual book it came with says Della on the front but that is covered up with a white sticker. These 2 are identical really... https://jet.com/product/detail/b90f87da610b46d2bea099a71cd90bab?jcmp=pla:ggl:gen_home_garden_a1:kitchen_dining_kitchen_appliances_food_dehydrators_a1_other:na:PLA_348543900_24223358340_aud-155003204480:pla-161700587100:na:na:na:2&code=PLA15&ds_c=gen_home_garden_a1&ds_cid=&ds_ag=kitchen_dining_kitchen_appliances_food_dehydrators_a1_other&product_id=b90f87da610b46d2bea099a71cd90bab&product_partition_id=161700587100&gclid=Cj0KEQjw0f-9BRCF9-D60_n4rKcBEiQAnXW4-9qFg3I-2dTGOLzaZx--eJG9RbPoV0RlLTWV0gTIGxsaAjDN8P8HAQ&gclsrc=aw.ds I paid $90 for mine.
I did get one use out of it so far (so I guess I sorta lied^). I jumped into a hotel pool with my phone in my pocket, stuck the phone in there for an hour @115F and bam..works again.

Very nice 25x for a really good price dude! Props! I have the same model and I would recommend buying the new type of top handle for it. Mine originally came with the same handle as yours and it broke so I bought the new model. It's much sturdier and doesn't get so hot since it's all plastic. Here's the link.
http://out-grow.com/canner-sterilizer-parts-c-21/all-american-pressure-canner-7609rm-bakelite-top-handle-p-181.html
Anyway, I bought this plug and play humidity controller for my grow room for like 32 bucks on ebay. It works really well. That's my new tool.

Looks kinda like a zoo med hydrotherm that just controls humidity. You plug the humidifier into that unit and it turns it on when the sensor measures below your set limit. Probably will work better than a hydrotherm.

Make sure you look over the seal area real well on that unit. I see a few good dents around the outside edges on that unit. Hopefully the seals were treated better by the previous owner. Also look into getting the stand for it to keep it off your countertop.

About half the cost of a hydrotherm too. This is supposedly an improved version with a standard US plug: https://www.amazon.com/WILLHI-Humidity-Controller-Pre-Wired-110V-240V/dp/B005DK2T2Y/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1472943684&sr=8-2&keywords=willhi
The problem with these electronic units is eventually the sensor will get fucked up. If you're using something like a hydrotherm where the sensor is not replacable, then you have to replace the whole thing. Which is lame as hell. These look like they have super easily replaceable sensors which is a huge plus, if you can find the replacement parts... This looks like the sensor: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Mr-France-HTG3535CH-HUMIREL-humidity-sensor-F535-integrated-temperature-and-humidity-sensor/32358009876.html
Eno, you should grab some of those for spares if they fit.

Yeah, just plug a humidifier into it and it acts as a humidity controlled switch. Yeah Juiceh that looks like the right sensor. I'll definitely pick some up because those are cheap.

Sweet, same one I have. A tip to make it seal better, after the light goes off count to 10 before opening. You can also keep it from smashing the crap out of stuff by hitting the seal button before it's finished drawing all the air out.
