Sure invoice will follow in a little bit Thanks and pleAse reference the links below.
The aka has really organized a serious effort to fight this in congress. Nancy pelosi's son is at the head of the organization. The Botanical Legal Defense and aka have hired two high powered law firms and a congressional lobbyist, which will cost $350k a month. All the vendors are donating money. One has put up 50k$ already. The pharmaceutical industry has plenty of money to burn so this can only be won if. We all unite and contribute. The sanders campaign showed that small donations can add up and make a difference

Kratom is a true ally for me. I have been dealing with a rare health condition for the last few years and it's one of the few things that helps…
Pills are poison. This is a plant.
I am no longer allowed to consume a plant. It's just ridiculous.
The scheduling is a joke. The whole thing is a joke.

They have been brain washing the public to readily accept that any form of nature that causes a feeling of well being as being bad. Yes being dependent on something for a well being is not great but it's far worse when it's illegal.
What they are doing is research on chemicals like those in kratom. They will find their own artificial chems that have sale points. A bunch of bullshit that doctors eat up and get patients hooked on what nature did not intend for us.
Dependency on a vastly overly expensive medical industry. Supported by the most oppressive injustice system in the world.

Our justice system sucks, but it's not the even close to the most oppressive. You get caught with Krat in Indonesia & they'll kill you.

They could still kill you in the states. Lot's of people die during a siege or in prison.
Plus I thought it was kratom extracts and not leaf that got the death penalty.

cez said: Kratom is set to potentially become a schedule 1 controlled substance on September 30th. I don't know how the DEA could argue that this is a dangerous substance but I imagine they will win and this plant will soon be illegal.
Do you think kratom has a chance to stay legal?
Unfortunately not.
It's not about the danger of the substance.
It about concentration upon tax acquisition from established relations with corporations who manufacture similar products that yield significant amount of money.
Governments will ban vape products soon to ensure that the cigarette, tobacco and expensive 'quit smoking' products cash cow is better maintained, through monopolisation.

Nope. You don't get it. Kratom possession is a capital offense in Indonesia. It won't be that here. And that's not including all the other countries such as Saudi Arabia, Iran, North. Korea, etc where the people are held under an iron fist. To try to say out justice system is worse than those countries is asinine. Ours still sucks for sure, and it's a real bone of contention for me, but come on....
