Looks fine. With better lighting or flash..like in the last pic. If you've already given it FAE through poly then go ahead and start a light cycle if you haven't yet. Fruiting at spawn with monos works fine with the correct moisture content and spawn/sub ratios. It's pretty much considered in fruiting already with FAE.

Check this out:
Morty's Monotub Grow Log
This was my first monotub. B+ just like you, wondering what the yellowish stuff was near the polyfil holes, etc...
It turned out to be a a few 'blobs' that never truly fruited. (Some did, some didn't)
Keep the conditions right and I believe you'll be in the clear!
You are already fruiting if you have polyfil loose at the top and tight at the bottom.
Fruiting during the spawn run is something that a lot of people are doing now. It decreases spawn times - but sometimes results in a more uneven flush. However, if you are growing from a multi-spore syringe, your flush is probably not going to be even anyway. MS grows do what they want and fruit what they want-which is why a lot of people jump into agar shortly after a few multi-spore grows.
Check out Frank's dial in tek for how to dial in your monotub.
You're looking pretty good in my opinion.
Signs that your tub are 'dialed-in' correctly are:
-Top holes have a thick bar of no condensation on the side of the tub that is directly underneath them. Think of it looking something like this: ............................ ............................ ...........____.......... ..........{ }......... ..........{____}......... .......... ........... .......... ........... .......... ........... ____________________________ ^^^^^TOP HOLES^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
-Bottom holes have a small ring of no condensation around the drilled out hole. Think of it looking something like this: ............................ ............................ ......... ____ ........... ........ { } .......... ........ {____} .......... ......... ........... ............................ ............................ ____________________________
All the dots are condensation. You can make out the holes I'm sure... The blank spaces are areas of NO condensation.
Follow Frank's tek and look for the above diagrams with a glistening substrate and your tub is dialed in.
I've been seeing about an ounce (dry) off of each quart of spawn with my multispore grows. Striving for a dry ounce for each quart is a great goal!
Hope that helps you!
Keep trucking and welcome to the Shroomery

Morty, thanks bro for taking the time to go into all the deatil and sharing your grow... it makes sence now why peopple isolate and not use a multi spore. im not to concerned with an uneven pinset or sparatic fruits lol i just want to have the satisfaction of accompishing some growth... just want some nice fruits... i just went right for the tub gro instead of tinkering around with jars and stuff... im usually pretty busy with work and the family, hence wwhy i bought pre sterile rye and substrate, so this will be my first and probably last or for a while anyways... i also got the poly fill dial in from franks tek to begin with, so that cool that you mentioned it. because he basically sets and forgets when set up... in three daYS this projecy will be a month old exactly thats start to finish... when did you see your firts pins?

cosmo, thannks bro for responding, it seems almost impossible to get some input on here, but this place is a wealth of knowlege... just to lwt you know i have kept my spawn bags and the tub so far in my bedroom ontop of a wardrobe closet. the window to the room is on the oposit side of the room, so the room gets natural light during the day but the tub is on the darker side of the room. not really dark but just less light. what i was going to do when ready to fruit, is set the tub on the dresser, in front of the window where it is brighter and turn the fan on in the room, putting it on oscilate. by the way my place is pretty much 70 to 72 degrees due to the hot and humid summer in the north east. it is slightly warmer where the tub is ontop of the wardrobe closet.so should i just move the tub to the dresser? or give it a few days? thanks again for your help man...

I believe I had pins on day 12.
They were some seriously dense fruits... Lots of densely packed tissue inside their stems. I attribute that to the lower temperature they were fruited in (65f - 68f).

Yes go ahead and set a light cycle for it! you can keep it anywhere that it doesn't get above 77-80f range, so normal room temp at 68-76f is perfect! Remember not to open the lid yet to mist until you have fruits. If you got the moisture sub ratios right then you won't have to mist at all until after the first flush. Only mess with it if it looks dry or lacking FAE. Once you have good fruits coming in you can losen the poly some as well. Monos are supposed to be low maintenance and worry free, so try not to get that confused with sgfc routines that are scattered around the forum. Good luck!
