Wild Bird Seed started growing roots and L.C. contamination?

Alright so this was my first time trying to grow mushrooms, and I ran into a few difficulties. I was using Wild Bird Seed, and i followed one of the tutorials saying to pour water on the WBS so the sunflower seeds get washed away as they can ruin your grow. Well I was doing this as I prepared my liquid culture. So I had to wait until the liquid culture properly developed. I prepared the jars that I was going to inject the LC into and it took a few weeks for the LC to develop properly, and I think it was because the water temperature was too low. When I managed to warm up the water, the LC grew finally. So I went back to the jars that I had initially prepared in order to put them into a pressure cooker and I saw that the WBS had grown roots. I have 2 questions: Is my LC contaminated? Also, how can I know that the WBS wont start growing roots in the middle of my grow? Btw the WBS was wet when I put in the jar ( Won't be doing that anymore).

Those seeds are totally fucked, full of mold not to mention the sprouts. PC or simmer directly after prepping according to the tek you're following. You should have waited until the LC was ready before even considering making grains.
How did you make the LC? Spores? If you started with spores it's probably fucked as well. It's really difficult to spot contaminated LC until it's too late and already destroying multiple jars of grain with bacteria and mold. If you want to make LC you're going to need to learn how to use agar culturing techniques first to obtain a clean culture.
Trash the grains and the LC and start over.
Nothing personal, but this is an excellent example of what not to do ever.

did you soak the wbs for 18-24 hours? did you simmer? what tek did you use? whats that black looking tape on the one jar?
explain your method in more detail so we can help the sprouts in that jar gave me a shiver!!
edit: just noticed something ....you prepared the wbs(whichever way) loaded into jars and they sat for a few weeks????? before PCin???

I used that for the LC

I used that for the grains. I now realize where I went wrong and actually got a good laugh at it lmao. I also used spores to make the LC

Those grains don't appear to have been sterilized.. at all. If that's your experience level, I wouldn't count on the LC working out. I wouldn't count on any LC made with spores at all in fact, at least without testing it on agar. But if you were gonna go through the trouble of testing LC on agar you might as well inoculate the LC WITH agar so that it's actually got a good chance of being clean.

Sprouting seeds?
Wild Bird Seed started growing roots and L.C. contamination? yes and probably yes, but you need to test it to be sure.
