To begin with, I'm sorry if I'm not supposed to post this, but I'm not a user of this forums very much.
I had my first batch grown with a friend about three years ago, and I want to try to grow another batch.
I remember using Vermiculite, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Coco Coir and Gypsum. We used jars to produce the mycelium initially and transferred the jars when fully colonized to a monotub and added more nutrients. However, I have forgotten what the ratios were for the Water, Verm, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Coco Coir and Gypsum were.
I have been searching for a tek with these ingredients, but I'm not able to find something that gives me certain ratios adequately.
If anybody could help me out, I would be really appreciative of it and I will eventually post my grow as well.

This is a volumetric ratio, as most are on this site, just in case the OP is expecting weight. In the US volumetric recipes for cooking etc are the norm, in many other countries recipes are usually weight based, the weight of a cup of BRF or any flour or many other substances can vary depending on how airy it is. I actually cannot recall seeing a weight based ingredients list for PF cakes, think I had a thread asking about it.
This is from PFs site.
Quote:
In a normal PF 1/2 pint cake, there is about 31 grams of brown rice powder (1/4 cup) and about 17-20 grams of vermiculite (1/2 - 2/3 cup) which adds up to about 50 grams dry weight.
As above the volume ratio is 2:1:1 verm:BRF:water, 1/2cup:1/4cup:1/4cup
By PF weights this is verm:BRF:water 17-20g:31g:59g
this is approx 20:30:60 or 2:3:6: or 1:1.5:3 by weight. I have not tested these weights myself, just going off the PF site info.
