Out of 12 jars these three were inoculated with Brazil while the others were knocked up with something else. and all three of these have a funky spot, One of them may have a sour odor but I am unsure. These started out with light and fluffy looking myc similar to the spot that stopped growing.
All three have this potential contam at one of the inoculation points, while the other 9 knocked up with Burma are all good at 95% complete and almost ready for consolidation.

Both sour odor and mycelium not growing in a certain area are signs of bacteria.
Does the uncolonized area look kind of wet?

No it doesn't look wet. There is not really an odor, I think its my mind playing tricks on me. But those spots have not pulled away from the jar like the rest of it.
All the inoculation points started out with light grayish looking fluffy myc, so I think it may be a spot that stalled, but I dont have a lot of experience.
My grain bags never took ( both shot up with 3cc of Brazil) and I think that was due to bacteria, but cant confirm that either. I tossed one of them as it was starting to look saturated and the other is just starting to show some growth and so far just smells like grain, but cant say if it myc yet, but its been over 2 weeks with pretty much nothing.

Mycelium starts out fluffy because it is monokaryotic (can't sexually reproduce) until it finds a pair and mate. The string-like mycelium is dikaryotic. That's why not shaking grains after inoculation is the way to go, that way all the spores end up in the same place and they can mate and form dikaryotic mycelium.
Just wait and see what happens to the jars. Even if it is contamination they look almost fully colonized. How long have they been stalling?

just these spots have been much slower or stalling for about a week but started off like the other inoc points, two are actually starting to look stringy already.
Sunday will be three weeks, the Burma took off better then these 1 more day till consolidation starts these three jars started off slower.
