That morning glories of any kind contained psychoactive compounds of any kind. It so happens that I've got some growing in my yard. Large multihued purple flowers... Let's see if my pic posts...

Nice. Scarlett O'Hara's it looks like.
I believe that is one of the weaker varieties sadly, but still worth trying a CWE on the seeds for sure!
I gotta get back into my extractions

Oh bitchin! Those pics are from last year, long before I learned of the LSA. We had lots of rain, they went nuts. I've gotta go look for fallen seeds...
Thank you all for your quick replies.

You don't want to look for seeds on the ground, but rather dried seed pods on the vine. If you google morning glory seed pods you'll see what you need to look for.

I figured to look on the ground for last year's dropped seeds... But if I'm patient, they'll bloom again lol. Thanks again everyone.

i love LSA, the minimal visuals allow you to focus on your mind. Hopefully you can find some of those dropped seeds.

Morning glory vines continuously bloom and produce seed pods throughout a certain part of the year. You won't find many of the seeds on the ground because they're all contained within the seed pods which remain attached to the vine. You can probably find a whole bunch of seeds if you just look up pictures of seed pods and try to find some on your plant. I can see some in your picture.

Sorry, to clarify, the picture is almost a year old, the vines did very well, springing up from seed, the first signs of life since the first plant died five years ago. I'm not currently at the ranch to know if they came back this year or not, work has drawn and kept me away. That's why I plan on looking on the ground, and because of the local environment, they ought to be laying there waiting when I do get home. With luck, they came back, and I'll get home early enough to help them along some with a little water and weed removal, as there's not much I can do otherwise.
Morning Glories aren't widely available where I live because it's considered an invasive species...

You're just not going to find enough seeds on the ground. Most of the seeds should still be in the pods. That's why I'm telling you to gather the pods, because that's where you're going to find most of the seeds.

I gotcha, but I'm saying I can't count on seed pods, hell I can't count on a plant! Next year will be a different story though, now that I have an idea of what I have.
Can't say for certain they're Scarlet O'Haras, the camera on my phone sucks. They were actually much more purple, and don't much look like O'Haras from the pictures I've seen. They look more like a Tricolor, but I'm no botanist, and haven't had much luck identifying them. I only took took the pictures to prove to my wife something was growing at the ranch in our abcence. The photos in the OP were taken on 10-14-15, or near the end of the season, these were taken on 9-22-15 what I can only assume is toward the beginning of their flowering. It being Sep 1, if I can get home soon, I can do something with what's there this year.

Well, I can say for certain that they didn't come back this year. I'll have to try again in the spring.

Try the internet. they are cheap. Get Heavenly blues, Flying saucers or Pearly gates (love the names) they tend to be the strongest and grow like weeds (that's why they are considered pest some places).

If you can get it right you can produce a wine from the flowers. Supposedly during the fermentation the alcohol extracts some of the LSA in the leaves and flowers, and you're left with a slightly psychedelic product similar to what the Aztecs and Mayans used to drink. I can't guarantee this myself because when I tried it I had left the bottle to ferment at my house while I was away at school and I did not get the chance to add the correct type of yeast needed. It ended up turning into vinegar
