Possible contam? Noob needs help.

Wondering if this is contaminated or if this is how mycelium normally grows? Seem to have clumped during colonization.
I have attempted to break the grains up that have been "clumped" together by the white growth, for lack of better terms. This spot has me questioning if this is normal as I have a couple other jars that appear the same after shaking.

Pic2 is taken the day after shaking the jar. Is the slight discoloration contam? Throw out now or wait to see what happens? A few other jars seem to have similar clumps in them and what appears to be mycelium, has spread after shaking.

Top one looks like regular mycelium and the bottom one looks like bruised mycelium. Try not shaking your jars until they are %30-%40 colonized, only then, shaking once to distrubute mycelium is enough until spawning time.
And also, those grains look kinda dry to me but it might just be me, it's hard to tell from pics.

Sounds good. The bruising did go away, mycelium has now spread considerably.
Will now wait for full colonization. Thank you.

Bruising from shaking is almost always because there's bacteria in there. Yes it can recover with bacteria, but im telling you right now that it's more than likely in there hindering your myceliums performance.
