ID for these jumbo tree monsters

Hello! This lump of fungus was found growing on the ground on some exposed tree root. It has a strong scent of freshly cut grass. Found in far south Chicago, IL.
Next up:

This guy is growing rapidly on my maple tree in my back yard. Started out very small but is bigger than my hand now. Has no distinct odor.
Finally:

This gentleman was found near Lansing, Illinois. Growing on the base of a tree on someone's front lawn. Scent is best described as: the first thing you notice when you walk into a pet store.
Sorry if these are poor descriptions as these are not your classic type of mushrooms popular on this site so I don't really know what else to say but my other id requests are much better put together if that counts for anything...

First one is possibly a young Meripilus sp. You should have left it to grow. You could perhaps return to the spot to check if there are more of them coming up.

ANGLER: I think I left some small chunks. Is there something special about it or something notable when it grows more?
RELIC: I just cut a piece and it smells like cucumber! Does that mean it's edible?

The last one may be an artists conk....ganoderma applanatum. Does the pore surface bruise dark brown when you scratch it?

Yeah it doesn't taste that great Maybe I'll stir fry it But my fairy ring risottob was delicious
And unfortunately I let the one in the final set of pictures dry out Very woody and hard to break The smell of dogs went away though and now it smells mushroomy though
