Had some grain i pressure cooked over a week ago i havent gotten too. I got caught up with shit and they been in shed in pc for a lil over a week. If i were to pressure cook again you think it would make them dry out too much? Is it even necesary? I dont want bacteria from the heat. Is pressure cooking twoce detrimental. If i was to pc again do i have to still do a 90 minute cycle?

I would personally just go for it and use them without trying to resterilize.

probably not, but you could knock up a few then re pc the rest to see what happens. Keep some eggs? 60 mins.
I dont think they will dry out unless you dont got enough water in the pc.

If I was selling jars like those people I would be very careful and PC at higher pressure and/or far longer than usual. I have found unincocculated jars 5-10 years old which were still looking fine, some not, these would not have filters.

You can weight them before and after to track any moisture loss. I write the weight of jars & grain on the jar. If it dries out too much you could add it back by using lots of LC/LI. Most will end up fine, most prefer grains on the dry side than being on the wet side.

If they're only a week old they are probably fine to i nnoculate, I would do yhat instead of cooking them again (thats what I would do)
A lot of us sterilize lots of grain jars to use over the week
