I found these In March but had no idea they where Psychedelics

I found these on March 17 of 2016 and didn't have any knowledge of shrooms so just saw them as a photography opportunity, i ran into the picture and i believe they are psychedelics and I'm pretty sure these are maybe Pholiotina smithii or maybe Psilocybe stuntzii i could be wrong, I'm in the snohomish Washington area, Any ideas?

It looks like a Mycena species, certainly not psychedelic.
