So right next to where i have my chamber im looking to build a workbench for cultures. Under where the playstation box i plan to get a 20 by 2i piece of plywood and attach it. Any suggestions advice or anything would be greatly appriciated. Theres no airflow in that closet and its completely isolated from all the other rooms with airflow.

If its for culture wowwrk, you are going to need to use either a still air box or a laminar flow hood. If you put one of those on the bench you Wil be good!

Yeah i plan to use an SAB like i said theres no airflow in there but the door is connected to my bathroom. Is there any concerns there? I know about letting the air in the room settle before starting work. Havent done any culture work yet but i wanna make sure my work area will be sufficient. I plan to use the shelfs next to the green tote for storage of cultures maybe the top where the playstation box is will end of being for colonizing jars.

Oh yea you'll be fine! When I use an SAB I just block the vents off if I need to
It looks like a nice space!
