I saw some documentary about sex therapists that has the male sex therapist complaining at one point that it was more difficult for himself to do his job because he has to get and stay hard in his increasing age with a variety of clients And he argued the many women therapists had no similar requirement. I lol'd
In reality though, I don't think it is too uncommon for prostitutes (and porn actors/esses) to refuse work on the basis of race/age/whatever

From my knowledge, which ranges from an episode of Family Guy, to the internet's glorious dispersal of any and all information, i think this to be super correct as well... its common if not fairly common to state what you will do, wont do, who you'll do it with, wont do it with, etc.
But okay now that I got to thinkin about the Family Guy episode... it leads me to this Question:
I do not understand laws as it is, so correct me if im wrong (please!) but, basically.....
Is it "legal" to fuck a guy in a hotel room, for money, as longgggggg as its being recorded--- ie the Making A Porn qualifier???
Please god someone answer this for real for me.
Asking for a friend.

I read some precedent cases in college about this. You would have to be able to show the actual intent to release and distribute the pornography legally in California. Just having a camera will not do in California. That is just my weak ass summary as a B grade student. It's probably even more complicated to prove you are a pornography producer, director or whatever.

If I sell my body, do I get to choose my next one?

Probably you would need legal paperwork written up such as a model release, business license, and things of that nature. Otherwise you could just be a john buying a prostitute who wanted to record his escapades.

You should try to apply for this company: http://manservants.co/become-a-manservant.html
If you have a nice-looking face, are charming or funny, have impeccable manners and know how to treat women like a high-status gentleman, then you have a fairly good chance of getting hired by this place.
They primarily only have female clientele, and it would give you access to a wide range of customers. Occasionally you get gay clientele (the company can't legally discriminate if a gay client wants a man servant), but you don't have to have sex with them, since this is not an escorting job. So it wouldn't be so bad.
Prostitution is strongly discouraged, though I'm sure if a woman approached you and offered you money for extra, you could do so on your own time. Just don't do it on the clock, that's a good way to get fired.
As for pay, since this isn't escorting and there's no paid sex technically involved, I imagine you'd be making $60 an hour or so. I believe the rates to hire one of of these manservants is around $125 an hour, and I imagine the company takes half that. $60 an hour is great money though for what basically amounts to nothing more than socializing and drinking. Even some male strippers only make $50 an hour on good nights.
If you're serious about applying, you should read what they're all about, to give you an idea of what kind of guy they are looking for in these videos. You essentially will have to play a character for your audition, as well as in front of your clients:

How cringe-y, I wonder if what I am feeling looking at that sightEDIT: site is how a woman might feel thumbing through backpage.com or similar.
Imagine flipping the genders on that Manservants company and all of a sudden you are marketing to borderline sociopaths

idk if anyone has said this yet or not but webcam modeling is the shit, it is just you masturbating in interesting ways while typing to people, and you can get pretty decent money doing it if you are decently attractive and willing to get kinky

I was under the impression that webcam models hardly make shit?
I mean, I don't know how it is for men, but I imagine for women the supply is far greater than the demand. Seems those webcam modeling sites have tens of thousands of models, and there's only a select handful that make a lot of money from doing it. Usually it's women who have HD-quality webcams, have a stereotypical porn-star look (big fake tits, probably bleached blonde hair, awful tribal tattoo), and are willing to do anal and all sorts of stuff.
I personally wouldn't feel comfortable leaving a trace of myself out there on the internet for anybody to stumble upon later on either. I'd rather escort first than do hardcore porn or webcamming. At least with escorting there's no real visible proof you did anything.
Plus, don't those sites pay only 50 cents per minute or something (after the company has taken out their half)? Meaning, even if you're booking clients every single minute of the hour (which is impossible), it only amounts to like $30 an hour.
More likely though, you'll be booking 15 minute sessions every now and then here and there, making $5-$10 every hour or so.
The reward is not nearly enough for the risk IMO.

Damn I just saw that manservant video and I would enjoy that. Getting back into classical guitar, working out a little more. I would be up for it. I consider myself good looking and confident
I am not white so that is a huge disadvantage lol. But I think I would be up for it. I am thinking about settling in san fran anyways and they have a branch stationed there. I would just spend my time playing guitar and lifting and doing yoga in my spare time
sounds like a nice lifestyle

Depending on what race you are you might have an advantage. They hire Latinos and blacks too, as you could see in the video. You just have to have a certain look and attitude. They don't seem to have any Asian guys, and Asian guys tend to be more popular in San Francisco, so if you are Asian and have model looks you would most definitely be at an advantage in the hiring process.
I don't know how many hours you would book in a typical week with that company though. Could be only 5 hours, could be 20. I have no idea how popular they are or how often they get booked by clientele.
I can imagine that your work schedule would be really irregular and some weeks you might have none, and other weeks you might have 10 hours booked. So I wouldn't count on it as your only job.
