Questions about my mini sgfc and how my grow looks so far.

I had 2 aluminum foil cooking tray cakes and only one small tub. I broke a cake in half, placed it into the tub on top o]f foil on top of 4 inches of perlite. The other tray is outside in a shady spot because I had nowhere for it. I fan and mist the sides of the tub every time I think about it atleast 4 times a day. My only real concern is if this tub is too small, too much foil under the cakes, it's damaging to break them, etc etc. any pointers are appreciated Thanks.

Are those just straight cakes in the baking things? If so...take the out and use jar lid to place cakes on. If your sgfc has holes on every side You don't need to fan but roll the cakes around in dry verm and mist until verm layer is moist. Dont forget to make sure perlite is dampish.. It's design handles FAE so fanning is pointless.
edit: im confused about that photo... please explain more..

The amount of surface area of perlite exposed is practically nothing. The perlite doesn't do its job like that. If you want these to really succeed i think you are going to have to find a way to slightly raise up the tray cakes so more perlite is exposed to air. A lot of people use wire racks me thinks.

Sorry for bad photo the tray was too large for the tub so I removed it and broke it in half.

So just run some wire through the holes on the tub to elevate the cakes some?

That could work! You'd have to make them very tight and probably put them every 2 inches for sure. Otherwise I think you have the right idea

Well looking at your sgfc I'm not sure the scale of your project anymore. Is that a small sized tub, or are those holes spaces farther than 2" apart?

It's a decently small tub but it's kinda tall. I did it this way for stealth it's just sitting beside my bed (I have my own house I don't live at home). And also it's 4 inches of perlite with holes in a 2x2 pattern on all 6 sides. I did the proper sgfc just scaled down.
