.
-------------------- The biggest trip of my life was realizing all of the events and actions described in posts made by this account were never real and had never actually happened, but were instead the delusional ramblings of a severely mentally ill human being. I just had to move on for my own good. I love you all.

Not as good a price as mycopath, but maybe the shipping is cheaper. And they have a variety of sizes.

You can cut the SFD into little circles.. from a 90mm SFD, I can make SFDs for 9 jars, if I recall correctly. for reference

I was meaning a large sheet to cut my own 90mm discs.

I was meaning that by cutting each SFD into small circles, it becomes much more cost-efficient. i.e. you can make enough sfds for 90 jars using 10 90mm SFDs.

Noob moment...
I guess I'm under the impression a full disc would Give more gas exchange then a 1/8 drilled hole but I could order and cut them out.
I dont always cut myself but when I do its on drilled lids

They do not sell sheets of the material, only disks of varying size. The pre- cut disks are the best! IMO. Take them out of the packaging, pop em in your jars, and you can get on with your day. Cutting disks to size and gluing them on the lids sounds like quite a project, and I don't believe they work as well, or last as long as uncut filters. For the convenience alone, a buck a piece seems pretty reasonable. Even cheaper if you buy in bulk. Going cheap on filters is like going cheap on car tires. You will ultimately get where you're going, but you'll probably have a lot more problems a long the way.

freshly prepared hamburgers are the tits! But we are not talking about hamburgers though....unless you are eating the disks? The place where they make the filters is waaay better at making filters than anybody here. Some things are best left to the pros.

Those grow kits are assembled by a bunch of shit hustlers. They are professionals at taking all the noobes money, and that's it. If you want to know those kind of specifics, you will probably have to contact a company that makes the disks.
