Mycelium hasn't reached 100% colonization But mushrooms caps are appearing its been pretty much 4 weeks since i've had it sitting, should i just start casing? or ignore the growing mushrooms and wait for 100% colonization. These is what the caps look like .

The part that didn't colonize was likely either dry or bacterial. Those mushrooms are ready for picking, they've matured and dropped spores already. You're grow bag isn't getting enough fresh air exchange. Is that a kit?

Yea its a kit, its all straw, doesn't look like any bacterial is on the empy spots, so i'm assuming poor air exchange. What should i do?

Ya pick those things I would put that sub into a sgfc... you won't be able to see bacteria but if you can't make a proper sgfc poke a punch of holes into that bag with a razor blade or something sharp manually fanning isn't proper fae being too wet is bad open that shit up for a little bit let it air out

Open it, pick those mushrooms, dry them on a fan. Use a magazine to fan out the bag for now. The mycelium needs oxygen or it will suffocate, and it needs evaporates to trigger new pins.
Got a pressure cooker laying around?

Any place that's already colonized should be fine. Take a peek inside the bag and also give it a smell. Try to pay attention to that uncolonized part. If it looks abnormal it's probably bacteria.

Too be honest without it being 100% I'm not sure what's the best plan for you but leaving those shrooms in there they will rot and then really fuck up your shit so I'd say pick them and just give it fae man upload some more pics

Spores, from the mushrooms. You generally want to pick them before they get that mature. Depending who you ask.

Yeah, should be fine to leave them there. Any new pins may appear a bit blackened from the spores though. The stems shouldn't be though. I agree with dude, let some of that water evaporate, then lightly mist and close it up.
