Can I still pressure cook my rye grains two days after 24hr soak?

Hello my fellow shroomery mentors, I'm wondering if I can pressure cook my rye grains tomorrow? I soaked them yesterday and I pressure cooked only four pint jars today. I'm wondering if I can pressure cook the other eight tomorrow? Will the two day wait after soak have any negative effect on my rye?
Ps- all the soaked grains are in the jars with aluminum foil ready to be pressured cooked but they'll be sitting in my room until tomorrow and I don't know if they will get contaminated or even be worth inoculating.

I have been in your exact situation. I have a small pressure cooker that can only fit 4pints on bottom and 3 half pints on top. So I've soaked grain overnight... Simmered, got to right moisture level next day, jarred up and only had time for one batch so had to wait to do the rest. I didn't have 100% success rate but not 0% either. And I'm no expert so the failed % wasn't necessarily due to the grain prep. Experiment and document your results. That's my theory. I'm sure somebody will give ya a more definite answer. I can just share my experiences til I become a master. Good luck!!!

Yes. Ive done it myself. Guaranteed your grain has begun to ferment though. Give it a good rinse, and run it through the PC. Should work out just fine.
