It is a contam, and also bruising.  It's got a bit of bacteria riding with it, and additionally looks too dry, which is causing the bruising.  A better roll in verm may have helped prevent some of that.  Doesn't look like mold though.

I have to assume you'd eat anything then.

They probably all have it, I wouldn't worry until it starts changing other colors.

Im not seeing the bacteria contam how ever doesn`t mean its not there. The bruising is normal but I agree inoucuole that it does look too dry.

I stopped growing cubes a few years back becauae it was too risky for me to deal with but over the years I experemented with several different types of grows. My favorite was a shot gun fruiting chamber aka SGFC monotub hybrid. I used two to three inch deep platic organizers and would sit them inside the tub. I grew on straw mixed with horse poo. This for me seemed to work really well and the moisture content hardly ever went wonky. I would get several ounces dry per flush. Give it a try and see how you like it. It might be for you or it might not. Experimentation is key.

Ok fine, I'd eat the fruits provided that they looked healthy and I'd probably make a tea with near boiling water to help ward off any bacteria. There, better!?

The problem with the cultivation scene for the longest time is that nobody spotted or bothered to call out bacteria.  If you had bacteria, they'd say you had "aerial mycelium" or "overlay" or some other dismissive jargon.  The bacteria is right here:

The blue area, where the mycelium (was) thicker white(before it turned blue), and is kind of voluminous, looking like a cream puff growing off the cake.  Anything that makes your mycelium start looking like ice cream, whip cream, slime, etc, is bacteria basically 95% of the time.  Bacteria is hands down the most common contaminant that anyone gets, unless they specifically let mold get out of hand in their place and used improper procedures while dealing with it.  Bacteria is not the end of most grows, either.  It cuts right into your yield but it doesn't spread like molds so you can still try to carry it through fruiting.

Lots.

May as well add that a normal dehydrator run of 165F-175F at ~12 hours would most definitely take care of this too.  The combination of the two couldn't hurt of course.

Mold dosen't grow on mushrooms you have bruising. If I had to assume what it was from I would say drying

This is fine. It's not mold. Your fruits are slightly dry and stressed.

Ahhaha haha ha lmfao. Thank you!

Op, looks like bruising to my untrained eye and dry too. The fruits should be fine to eat, if your weary about them, make a tea and filter out the mushroom.
