AA 75x question PSI related

So I think my thermoswitch is going out. Would this cause the PSI to jump between 20-25 on the lowest heat setting?
Edit: found an online manual, looking for a solution. Will report back if I do.

Maybe try adjusting the knob on the switch. I've had to do it a few times.
Directions should be in the PDF manual. Fingers crossed!

Thank you pirate . I couldn't find it in the online manual, did a Google search and what do you know, it brought me back to the shroomery lol. Guess I'm not using the search bar correctly. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20853009#20853009
I will tinker with it in a bit to see if it worked

Doesn't AA have a customer support number you can call?

I bought it on here and it didn't come with any paper work, I like our customer server reps though

No luck Pirate I recalibrated the knob, unless, did you mean something else by adjusting it?
If not I'm going to call customer service tomorrow and see what's up.
Will update.
If anybody was wondering what I did. I pre heated my unit at highest heat setting 10, put on the lid and tightened the wing nuts, allowed 10-15 minutes for steam to escape through the vent, closed the vent, waited for PSI to reach 10, turned the unit to lowest heat setting 1, watched PSI climb to 20, at this time the unit on light was still lit, I manually turned off the unit.

Sounds like the thermoswutch is busted bud.
Happened to one of my 25Xs during shipping.
Not too bad of an operation to switch it out, think it costed around $80 for the part.

Yeah I figured $115 for the 50x or 75x
I still haven't called customer service yet.
On the plus side atleast it is going over 15 PSI vs below that way I can still use her for a few runs.
Thanks again for the help Pirate. +5 for you

Yeah buddy no problem! Holler back if you get stuck in replacing that thing. Just take your time and make sure to keep track of what goes where as you take it apart. There aren't but a couple wires in there so it's not too bad!

Update!
Ok well I broke it but I fixed it
My big ass big toe accidentally nudged the knob and this happened
I figured I was fucked. I called the AA customer service and tried to see if this part was a piece of the thermoswitch, the lady didn't know and she gave me another number but I didn't bother to call.
I then got the bright idea to superglue it, I have a soldering iron but I couldn't find it. Ehh it worked but it kept falling off. Then I realized that the piece that broke had a small hole that was made in the metal part for what ever reason, seeing this I realized it's perfect for a flat head screw driver.
So I turn it down guesstimating trying to get it to the 1 heat setting, let it get preheated, close up the valve, then I went and fucked off for a bit. Came back and it only went up to 8 PSI my fuck up fixed it!! After some dialing in I got it perfect to stay between 17-20 PSI.
