Contam or bruising?

Friend wants to know if this greenish blue spot might be a contam? I am pretty positive it is bruising, but the thickness of the white around that spot does make me wonder.
Here is a pic I took this morning at his place:

And now you know that being positive of something without any experience is not a healthy way to think.
Is that actual cotton in those holes...?

That is ready to throw in the trash. Or maybe mix up a sat paste and slather on a 6 inch diameter circle of it to let them pins finish up.

Yeah that' looks like cotton to me..... N/G. I bought polyfil brand polyfil and it looks more fibrous than puffy like in the pic. Prob why he got a contam no?

Thanks for the feedback. So harvest this flush then toss? The fruits are good regardless of the trich, correct? That's what I've always read.
I'll be honest, It's not the biggest disappointment. The contam happened "coincidentally" 2 days after getting it out of my house and giving it to my buddy. This to me was a test bin since I'm new with both WBS and Coir. This bin was made with *3 1/2 pint jars* with the Coir Tek. I know when the contam exposure happened. I probably messed up when I doubled the casing halfway through colonization because my substrate wasn't deep enough for my taste.
I read in several teks about using an old pillow vs polyfill because that's what pillows were stuffed with. I WILL buy a bag of polyfill for this next tub. Thanks so much for pointing this out.
So, in preparation for this, here's 1 of 2 of my backup bins. These *quart jars* were done via G2G transfer. This 18 gallon tub has zero variations to the 50/50 Coir Tek and is now 100% colonized and has also been in fruiting for 3 days:
As soon as there is pins on this tub, I'll post.
Thanks for all of the valued feedback.

I think trich has to do more with spawn than substrate. But i could be wrong.

Spawn not properly sterilized / not sterilized long enough maybe? This tub was also made with the only jars that survived a fallout with a friend. I used my old pressure cooker for this tub, and I put it out of commission after the fallout since it didn't have a pressure gauge.
I'm very glad that I have bought a new PC for all of these up-and-coming action.
