what ever this is, it appears to be a fungus growing on animal flesh? if so, I would keep well away from anything that considers YOU to be food

Just curious what would lead you to that assumption? Did you inoculate whatever that is with morel spores or culture? Morels are spring mushrooms, so unless that was grown in controlled conditions which it really doesn't look like it was, my guess is NO. You might try the ID board.

It's used coffee in a filter bag and I put a few pieces of fresh morels into it a few months before and stored it under the shady stairs in my backyard. So I suppose its from the Morel

The odds of growing morels that way is 0%. Outdoor cultivation of morels is getting more common and doing a search should point you in the right direction. Indoor cultivation is much more tricky. you can take a look at the link if you'd like to give it a shot.

Today I showed these pictures to my friend from the myc. club and he said it could be a slime mold = myxomycete similiar to Fuligo septica which is currently changing from his plasmodien stadium to the sexual stadium and that this slime mold can only be determined when its adult and produces spores. But he also said it's not even a real mushroom and that he supposely does not eat the coffee grind but the bacterias which are growing on the coffee.
