Bacterial Contams a few questions

I have a bunch of quarts with wild Louisianan cubes but we caught a serious heat wave and they have developed some kind of bacterial contamination under >88 degree temperatures. Its a very light beige tan color and is very slow to spread. So it was early on in the bacterial spread...I broke up 10 jars and they smelled super fresh and mushroomy so I made a few daemons bucket tubs. Thus far they're showing prowess and everything is progressing at a normal pace and I am presuming that they are overgrowing the bacterial or just growing along side it successfully.
My question is..are there any human health issues to be concerned with in the presence of minor bacteria presuming the tubs fruit successfully. Again very rich mushroomy smell. Nothing sweet, sour or otherwise peculiar. But yes, I am positive there is some kind of bacteria. Most of the worst jars are just going to go outside last minute there's a 50/50 chance the temps will work for my favor in the pacNW.
I was also curious if its possible to isolate the culture again on agar with the bacteria present. Thanks to all contributors.

Crops will present no harm whem properly dried. Isolation with bacteria present will first need cleaned up, sandwiched between antibiotic agar.

If it produces fruits you could clone the tissue on agar and clean that up with a few transfers if necessary. Lots of people around here pump out fruits with bacterial spawn. It's not ideal and the big boys around here would slap you on the wrist for it but . Let's see some pics my dude.

I had one jar get taken out with trich and I literally watched this cube CRUSH it. Its extremely contam resistant. That's kind of why i'm so interested in retaining it. Although I could easily acquire another print from a friend in LA if I happen to lose it. So i'm not really worried.
Azur thanks for the heads up. I recognize your avatar from long ago...
