That's some damn good advice.  You should listen to yourself.

Well let me see if I'm digging what you're laying down...So are you arguing that Obamacare fits those qualifications? Narrowly tailored? Least restrictive means? Government interest or Special interests? The government can't penalize you without due process. They can tax their asses off. They can't fine people without due process.

compelling government interest--preventing the deaths of uninsured americans

Narrowly tailored--infringes on fundamental rights only so far as is necessary to pursue the compelling interest. (asking people to purchase insurance, or taxing them to make up the balance if they decide not to)

Least restrictive means-- i dunno about this part really.  It seems less restrictive IMO to simply do away with private insurance altogether and just pay for the shit with taxes completely.  but barring that, i don't see a less restrictive means of expanding healthcare coverage for americans.

Depends on what we're talking about.  A jury would never decide a question of law.

An issue of law, so it wouldn't go to a jury.

A number of writers have claimed that the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was involved in cocaine trafficking during the 1980s. These claims have led to investigations by the United States government, including hearings and reports by the United States House of Representatives, Senate, Department of Justice, and the CIA's Office of the Inspector General. The subject remains controversial. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CIA_involvement_in_Contra_cocaine_trafficking

Major General Nestor Luis Reverol, who was in charge of the National Anti-Drug Organization (ONA) in Venezuela, is officially a fugitive from US justice, according to New York’s Eastern District Federal Court in Brooklyn.

Reverol, who was appointed on Tuesday, August 2 as Interior Minister of Justice and Peace by President Nicolás Maduro, has been charged by the United States with crimes related to his participation in drug trafficking. https://panampost.com/sabrina-martin/2016/08/03/venezuela-maduro-promotes-general-accused-of-drug-trafficking-in-us-to-minister/

The State Department under Hillary Clinton authorized arms sales to countries that had donated millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation, according to a new report.

State approved $165 billion worth of weapons sales to 20 foreign governments during Clinton's tenure, the International Business Times reports. Among the countries involved in the sales were Algeria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

The Clinton Foundation received between $54 million and $141 million in donations from the foreign governments and defense contractors involved in those sales, the report says.
Certain defense contractors also paid her husband, former President Bill Clinton, for speaking engagements during that time. http://thehill.com/regulation/international/243089-hillary-clinton-facing-criticism-over-international-weapons-deals

When I posted the video yesterday, it had just over 100,000 views.  Now it has over 3 million views and climbing fast.  This was clearly a very successful video for Hillary, so it's understandable why her haters don't like it.  :smirk:

I don't like Hillary, but I lol'd.

It just sucked. People I dislike can be funny, perfect example would be Kanye west

Of course it's climbing Viacom is almost garaunteed to sponsor her campaign and it's the first video on YouTubes homepage.

3million isnt that great. Bieber vids get 100's of millions, and unsponsored cat videos do too. I wonder how much money her team wasted on that video that will have little if any effect on the polls.

between two ferns is the perfect comedy show for hillary to seem funny.  Galifianakis' awkward and uncomfortable brand of humor meshes perfectly with Hillary's lack of any sense of timing or delivery.  Even though it was for fun, there was one moment when Hillary shined through and we got to catch a glimpse of the HRC that the secret service is always telling us about.

It's not a music video, which get WAY more views.

And it Now has over 4 million views on its second day - if it exceeds 5 million within 7 days, it's unofficially considered "viral".

It's doing extremely well, in spite of your apparent denial.

PS - vote 3rd party  :smirk:

It's obvious pandering.

If you think looking desperate to connect to young voters is a good look it's amazing Hillary hasn't made you her chief of staff yet.

I am starting to think trump actually has a chance and that's pretty funny

I didn't say anything about whether this would help Hillary or not.  I simply refuted your point that it wasn't doing great.

3.2 million.  That didn't make it to "viral".
