If you can't take my license without due process, you can't take my fucking money without it. I am entitled to a hearing or something. You can't just wave a pen and determine that I am guilty because I failed to spend my money somewhere. Its not like this is a tax. This is a discriminatory fine. I am being penalized, without due process.
Either way its contrary to the purported purpose of gov't as defined in the declaration of independence. To protect INDIVIDUALS life liberty and property. The government was not intended to violate such rights.
Enlil you are just incredibly naïve. People aren't too dumb to elect good politicians. They aren't given any good ones to choose from. The entire system is rigged, and people are forced to put up with what they don't want. Remember, the ignorant masses don't vote, so it follows that the voting masses are, on average, more intelligent than the normal citizen.

The Declaration of Independence isn't law. Of course, it is a tax. Why do you think it becomes part of your tax debt?

It ain't no tax homie, its a fine. A fine is a tax for doing wrong. A tax is a fine for doing right. They are fining those who do not have insurance, not taxing those who do. I can understand why you wont give up on that though, its your whole basis for going along with the violation of my property rights. I know how much you hate freedom.
Now back to the emails you sidestepped. https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/emailid/1606 Explain the Clinton/Rothschild relationship, and why the Secretary of State should be asking a Rothschild what penance she owes?

We don't even need to discuss it, though. It's already been decided that it's a tax. The SCOTUS, which was created by the very Constitution you claim to defend, has already determined that it is a tax and a Constitutional one. Your opinion means precisely dick, as does mine.
I read that email, and it sounded like a friend apologizing to a friend. If there's something sinister there, I don't see it.

Oh nothing sinister. Just clear evidence that Hillary is attempting to satisfy the will of a Rothschild in regards to middle east relations. The Rothschilds are influencing U.S. foreign policy behind closed doors. Hillary is contacting foreign entities and discussing U.S. foreign policy, which is technically a violation of the logan act.

That's not what the email says. The email says that Hillary asked Tony Blair to help her with a foreign policy issue so Blair had to cancel some social event with Lynn. She's apologizing for taking Blair away from the event because he was needed for a more important issue.

Blair is the black sheep of British politics.
Why is she discussing internal affairs with not only such a widely hated man but also a foreigner? Oh and he has no official capacity so.... Ya explain that

On the day that Blair resigned as Prime Minister, he was appointed the official Special Envoy of the Quartet on the Middle East, an office which he held until 27 May 2015. He was acting in an official capacity, as was she.

I get that, and I suppose she did a decent job of 'bleaching' the bad shit out of her servers and smashing her incriminating blackberries with hammers. But if you think that Hillary Clinton is merely an innocuous "friend" of the Rothschilds, you are simply naïve. Rothschilds don't host all of these fundraisers and donate all of this money to her foundation for no reason. I can't ignore all of the power they wielded throughout the great world wars, ignore the fact that history reveals no account of that power ever being relinquished, and look upon the fact that they are in direct contact with Hillary Clinton, the woman being forced into the Whitehouse by the establishment, as a mere coincidence that warrants absolutely no questioning. You, on the other hand, would rather stab your eyes out than to see the big picture. Yea, she's apologizing to Lynn, for taking Tony Blair away from her meeting. What kind of astronomical chances would have to have taken place for one person to know Hillary Clinton and Tony Blair personally, without having any political ties or interests whatsoever. And to know them each well enough that the one is assuming accountability on behalf of the other. These rich ass mother fuckers are just super great friends with all of these super powerful political figures. They host super nice parties and donate super huge sums of money to their political causes, but they only ever talk about golf and grand children.

If I didn't want that statement to be true do bad, I might just ask you to cite that 80% figure. I agree with the sentiment, but I doubt it's that high. As individuals, rich people benefit from low capital gains tax, no estate tax, getting maximum use out of 401ks, Roth IRAs, 529s (in English, federally subsidized college and retirement savings). Since they tend to own stuff, they also benefit from free football stadiums and other buildings for their businesses (for purposes of "providing jobs" that never pan out. Tax exemptions for all these. They get maximum use out of the roads, utilities, educated labor force, a healthy labor force.
Crony capitalism and corporate welfare, these are how GDP grows while general American welfare has slipped
And I think ObamaCare was certainly a step in the right direction. They struggled to get it passed and it was a compromise, but it has undeniably helped millions of people,

Really? You actually think they're going to dust off a 210 year-old process to impeach a private citizen? It's never going to happen.

I don't really care how well-liked the man is, but he's certainly not a war criminal. If/when he's convicted of war crimes, that will change. Until then, you're just spewing more empty rhetoric. He's not facing impeachment and he's not a war criminal.
