More of a hybrid or maybe a pachanoi.

I think he was refering to the unhealthy looking discoloration /scaring that's going on at the top of this plant.

You are correct. I saw it just now.
Might be spider mite damage. New growth seems like it wont have that scarring.

Thank you I will look for some type of pest, I couldn't see any with my naked eye but maybe I need to take a closer look.
And yeah I'm pretty sure it is some type of hybrid, the person who I got it from labeled it as a peruvianus. Hopefully it doesn't get damaged to much because she was pretty just a few month ago =(.. Nothing else in my collection has this either.
