Never heard of it, but I've heard of people who try to use cellphone jammers getting arrested and charged with shit - there used to be a creepy guy who rode the bus here who would carry a cell phone jammer out in the open and point it at people who talked on the phone, I think eventually the cops caught up to him and I imagine he was charged with similar.

I was under the impression you would only be charged if you somehow prevented or stalled someone from calling or summoning emergency aid.

Apparently, jamming mobile phones isn't illegal on private property. Good to know.
United States: Cell phone blocking devices are used by federal officials under certain circumstances.[14] Privacy rights of property owners may affect the policy and application of law within buildings[citation needed]. For radio communications, it is illegal to operate, manufacture, import, or offer for sale, including advertising (Communications Act of 1934).[15] Blocking radio communications in public can carry fines of up to $112,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.[16] The Homeland Security Act of 2002 may override the Communications Act of 1934.
Now... how do I acquire one without being caught? It says you can't order it, sell it or even advertise.

I googled it to. I do believe it is only a Utah law as well. Domestic violence case class B man who got everything dropped. Found that charge interesting and it has to do with his wife, if I understand correctly from this principle with his wife, trying to prevent a 911 call from his wife when they got in their argument.
Yeah. How much are the attorney fees yet his mugshot will always be there, hense is the United States. Holy shit, all my small bookings and mugshots for anyone that googles my name brings up all sorts of memories.
Not ashamed of any of it as it is all mainly partying. The only thing I care about is in todays world people I date can see it. Whatever.
