Yeah MS to WBS is the only way I've grown so far. I plan to whip up some agar plates and clone some of these albinos that way I can start getting away from MS for the first time tho!

nice job buddy!
i just finished a nearly identical project, 66qt MS AA+ here is a link
got right under 1600g first flush, not bad considering MS and how sloppy it was haha... testing some of the clones now
also did a 1qt spawn otto bucket at the same time that produced a killer cluster that weighed right under 500g, two monsters got cloned

cant wait to see how the clones and isolates turn out. i think i got lucky with lots of really aggressive AA genetics, since they are the most aggressive and rhizo of anything im testing, 3 66qt tubs fully colonized in 5 days
PS: azure is funny as fuck, should be our official poet laureate lol

Great tubs both of you guys! This is my first time growing AA+ I have only worked with GT,LK, and KSSS previously. I'm so excited to see how these guys turn out I'm hoping for some of those monster albinos I've been seeing lately. What's the trick to getting more water droplets? Just dialing in the tub better?

Misting can add some, using about 4-4.5 qts water per brick of coir usually does it outright.

tubs being dialed, proper moister content in the substrate/casing layer, and if need be yes spraying helps but should be a last resort in regards to the first flush.

Casing layers aren't that necessary for what op is doing, the water droplets will form on top of the substrate and come directly from the water used to hydrate the substrate, but yes. That's probably the main thing.

I did one brick of coir 2 quarts verm and 4 quarts water. I was having some issues getting the tub dialed in early on but it's going better now. Hopefully I get a decent pinset anyways! I added some more pin porn to the OP.

I'm cooking up my first ever batch of agar right now using stros tek so that I can take some clones. Once the agar is done PCing about how long does it usually take for it to be cooled down enough to start pouring into Petri dishes? Also once I have poured the plates should I clone a few pins or wait till they grow up a bit? Should I wrap the dishes in Saran Wrap and keep them in the same place I store my colonizing grain jars? I plan to pour 20 dishes take 3-4 clones and use the rest of the dishes to make transfers.

You can let it sit maybe 30 minutes after the pressure is gone and just use a kitchen glove for the bottle I only did a pour once and have been using pastys since but that's what I did

Yeah I will probably do pasty plates from now on pouring inside of the SAB was quite a task! Plan to put a pin or 2 on agar in an hour or so.

Save a plate for the B+ if you want.
Yesterday, I food processed about 45 grams fresh into a slurry and put in some 50 proof liquor in it. I let it set for a good 20 minutes. Then I added some orange juice to it to top it off..
Took my time drinking it but ended up downing in over the course of about 15 minutes.
Probably one of the better trips I've had in my life. Felt like rays of sunshine were coming from the skies, that turned into hands and reached into my soul and healed it. It was orgasmic.
