Can you cite a law that makes the archives responsible for sorting out requests for a convention?

It's implied in Article V if the archives document the actions of congress.

The archives does what Congress tells them to do.  That's their job.  The constitution is silent about it.

Sibleys lawsuit shows congress is unconstitutional and the letters from NARA show the same about the archives.

Sibley's lawsuit shows why he was disbarred.

What is your argument that Congress is unconstitutional based on?

Quote:

The Constitution of the United States
* * * * * * * * * *

Article V

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

You probably cannot understand that congress is supposed to count in order to know when 2/3 has been reached and that the National Archives needs to record it along with the library of congress.

But really, if you have to ask that question you do not have the intelligence and integrity to conduct the discussion.  I shall not waste my time further.

That doesn't make Congress itself unconstitutional.

Good job so far!

I'll second that.

I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

Hmmm, looks like a pretend intelligence issue.  Pretending you cannot understand, or cognit, that if the constitution says "2/3", then congress has to count, exposes your agenda.

Cognitive infiltration relies on that tactic last.  Hard to believe that infiltrators have been trained to pretend that they can't think in the hopes that the public will follow their example.

When I asked you what you base that on, you gave me some bullshit about how Congress has to count.

I ask again:  How is Congress itself unconstitutional?

It looks more like the problem is that you can't write.

If you didn't mean to say that Congress is unconstitutional, just tell us what you did mean to say.  I'm not a mind reader.

Hm, seems you have all the qualifications needed to be a member of our infiltrated congress.
