Multiple mushroom identification help requested.

I've found a couple of mushrooms in my backyard and was hoping to get some identifications going on them. I appreciate the help in advance!

Habitat: Green Bay, Wisconsin. Very small wooded area. Found on the ground growing in mulch/wood chips.
Gills: Yes/maybe???
Stem: Yes
Cap: Black ring around cap with silvery inner cap. Seems to have smaller "caps" in side of the main cap.
Spore print color: Not available
Bruising: Not available

Cap: White "star" shaped "cap: with a brown center

Bruising: Turned to a slimy substance almost immediately after being picked.

1) Reminds me a lot of http://mushroomobserver.org/246021, so it's likely a Cyathus species. Check the key at http://www.mushroomexpert.com/birdsnests.html. Are the eggs attached by funiculi?
