Criticize this amateur on this bulk "attempt"

Hey guys, so I see a few things worrying me in my grow and I want more eyes on it to tell me what I'm doing wrong.
All rye spawn and hpoo.
First off, these two GT trays were left in a SGFC too long and dried out. I transfered them and all my other trays into 2 mono tubs, after a bit they started to recover... but was it too late?

This is PE.

These 2 are AA+. Unfortunately the circular tray was a victim of my ignorance and the SGFC.

And finally here are 2 "stargazer" trays.

Again, all of this is in two identical monos. I kindof screwed up and cut a 3/4in hole the first time so I made 3 holes that size on the bottom, and on top of each side. They're lightly stuffed with poly. And I have 1 hole on each short size that's towards the top that I leave open. My humidity stays around 95% and I have time to fan about 3 times a day 4 if I wanted to.

I want to learn. Feel free to be blunt.

Sounds like you were not running the SGFC properly. However a mono is fine for trays. I don't think it's gonna sit at 95% RH and if it did that would be a problem. If you were using a hygrometer throw it away and use your eyes instead.
You never fan without misting first. Fanning is done by opening the lid when you go to mist and closing it when your done misting. That's it.
Those are very dry. You might want to consider flipping them for the next flush.

I will definitely flip them for the next flush, all of them or just the ones I had in the sgfc?
I was told the trays took up too much surface area. I had cakes do great in it. Regardless I'm doing something wrong.

You need to elevate trays using rings or something so it's above the perlite. Otherwise the moisture can't pass up to humidify the chamber.

Rings is a good idea. I was told several options but using a mono was best. I will definitely quit fanning it like I do and ditch my hydrometer.

The square bigger GT tray has had about 20 pins come up since. Besides the ones seen in the 2nd GT pick above. Will the pins be okay whenever I rehydrate my trays? And also, should I still flip it?
If you would like a current picture to help aid me I can do that.

Probably a good idea if you're saying it looks different now.

I obviously screwed this tray up royally. Just wondering what I can do to help it along for the time being and see what I can learn from my mistakes. This is my second larger scale grow, I definitely believe in beginners luck now.

Still very dry. A bit bacterial. Not terrible though.

Yeah, I really wanna dunk it for a few hours. I was just waiting for the optimal time. It's only gotten a bit better because of the mono. The veil on that bigger one has broken. Should I cut my loses, pluck it, and dunk it for a few hours under running water? Or wait this out?

If you dunk it the water shouldn't be running...

Your saying that just opening and closing the box to mist will generate enough fae so there's no need to fan? Or did I misunderstand?

I'm saying that fanning is not FAE. Fanning provides a quick kick for evaporation to take place. The chamber design should provide the constant FAE. Overdo the fanning and all you end up with is a dried out substrate.

Heard. I've probably been overdoing it then. Past few days not but before yes. Thankyou pasty, always value your opinion.

I guess that's not exactly what I meant. I shouldn't have used the term fae. But to clarify, I was asking if you meant that just opening the box and closing it will be all the fanning one needs.

I don't fan stuff. My point was that simply opening the lid to mist is going to drop the RH enough to provide the evaporation kick. Standing there waving the lid for 5 min is just drying shit out. See people fanning the hell outta stuff 10 times a day and killing their subs in the process.
