Whatever it is can't be good. I think white is the only color you want to see.

True that's what I've heard.... But also I heard if it's contaminated it will not fruit not sure how true that is but it doesn't smell sour or bad at all still has fresh earthy smell..that just started occurring when place in fruiting conditions.

Still hard to decide what's going on there for me. From the latest pictures I can see some primordias on that suspicious spot. If they grow out and not aborted I would say it's just whispy dried myc from improper conditions maybe, however I'm not as experienced so I'd wait a TC to chime in for this.
Also, how's your setup? What happened since then?

I always mist the surface or above the surface, untill it glistens.

I don't think I see any contamination, just a very very very dry substrate. I'd mist it and even side water it. Pull the liner away from the sub and pour some water into the space.

How does the sub smell? A fucked sub will almost always smell distinctly off. That is if you know what a healthy sub smells like to have something to compare to.

Smells fine and fresh just like the day the cake was birthed. Thanks for the Intel I will pull liner and commence a watering I'm guessing pour minuscule amounts right?

You can pour quite a bit. Some may suggest against that, but I've poured enough that I basically have free standing water on the sides of my sub. I'll do this technique after a particularly heavy flush or after a few flushes to re-hydrate the sub. Dunking is a pain in the ass and I try to avoid it with this technique.

In your case, your sub may be dry due to improper conditions or maybe your substrate wasn't properly hydrated from the beginning. Do you understand how to achieve field capacity when making a substrate? It's important, and lets you avoid shit like this.

It could be metabolites or a contaminant. I can't say without seeing a picture of it.
