These poll options are terrible and make me think you're either unemployed or work at Wal Mart. So which is it?

Dude. What's up with that signature?
You should make it flash or blink.
It's the only way I can think of to make it more obtrusive.

Unemployed due to the place closing down completely with one day notice. I am taking unemployment and will not have to work until I finish my refresher course to qualify for the NCLEX RN test. Saved a few grand as well. I also let my LPN lapse but that will be reinstated when I finish the course (mid November time limit). I was leaving the job in October so they just did me a favor by closing! I am going to just take the unemployment and coast through the holidays, then start work in January. Its going to be a great holiday season this year, I haven't had thanksgiving, xmas, and new years off in a row in a VERY long time!

Employed full time in a dream job. Got offered a teaching position at a university in my field yesterday .
Now I need to make a tough choice - stay at this steady stable job I love , or take this teaching opportunity.
I will only do It if I can come back to my current job when the semester ends.
But this is such a great offer I might not get another chance .
Got to call my boss tomorrow and ask for a leave of absence .
But my main goal is to invest so heavily into getting my home self sufficient and off the grid that I could survive off the land even without a job, then collect my pension while I work on my gardens / urban farm and hunt human meat.

2 Humans is all you need to last a winter. I know you've been greedily hunting more humans though.
I grow humans instead. Much more sustainable.

What if I'm a pimp, make plenty of money, get decent tail from respectable women I take out and spend money on, but consider it completely unideal for my personality type??

They have to be cold shocked in the freezer and beaten severely as soon as they are collected.

It's very interesting and surprising that so far the same number of people are unemployed, employed in a shit job and in a dream job. Seems like an even distribution .
You would expect the dream job to be the smallest group of people .
It's nice to see so many shroomerites love their jobs !
My experience has been that being unemployed = brutal, unrelenting depression.
Obviously not everyone feels the same but I learned I can't be happy without earning my living even when I had an income and everything I needed, I just couldn't enjoy my time or feel good about myself .
All the things I love on the weekend (movies, video games, etc) became utterly joyless without work.
