Now or 6 hours from now is when I would

I think they gave you AA+ not Hawaii. But that's pretty typical with those kit guys to just grab whatever is around

Harvest them as they are ready, and let the rest mature. You want to harvest when the veil that covers the gills from stem to cap begins to tear and the cap expands.

You can let them go longer if you intend to spore print, just make sure you harvest before the caps fully flatten and start to curl upward and drop spores everywhere. Doesn't really do any harm just makes a mess and uglier fruits.

Those big ones can go until the end of the day. Small ones can probably go until tomorrow morning. They look suffocated though, or seem like they are a little sickly based on the look of the caps. Their shape and size is nice though, you gonna trip balls my man.

He bought pre colonized grains with his kit. There is no possible scenario where you go from spores to mature fruits in 14 days.

Everyone said it already, wait for the veil to separate than go for it. They look great!

14 days is way fast.  But where would one get a pre-colonized bag? The myc contain psilocybin, couldn't see a vendor getting away with that. Isn't it more likely the day count is just off?

Wait for spores. Make a few prints and swabs to start on agar plates now. Aa+ are kind of special. To the guy above who want to buy the spawn. Agar li to grains to bulk is fast route. Still fast luck ive had is four days bulk sub pinning. As a rule of thumb alwYs get a three spore prints form any clean harvest. And flat tops just feel better to look at

Also if you wait an hour looking for it on internet to buy it. Then you do want it. If it were legal to buy the spawn cleanly in the united states that company be bigger then spawnmate. He,s dead line is probaby a moving date

What up mates,
That Trip yesterday was just awesome even If it was spontaneously. I feel like those aa+'s are really  strong. About 25grams took me to Moon. The last time i ate shrooms i needed 5g dried to get the same effect. How Much do you think would be a lvl5 Trip with theese?

I harvestet the biggest shrooms at Midnight but they werent open yet... I'll do better with the next Flush. I'll let the smaller ones grow. Is it possible to get a good spore print off of the 3rd or so Flush ?

I live near Amsterdam so i could easily buy a SupaGro Kit for just 20 Bucks

Thank ya'll i'll keep you updated

Why you be temping us to move. Can't give dose advice. But you know that dry weight is easier to guess at. To answer yes you could or you could be safe and get spore print now. Once it contams with trich your fighting a losing battle.

if you don't have a dehydrator, the oven on a low setting with the door open (possibly a fan on low?) should dry them quickly to preserve potency.

They're available in Canada, too.  I've grown out three of them, one in its original choke bag and two transfered to trays and finished in SGFC.

Imma buy some calciumchlorid (CaCl2) today. My vendor told me to dry them for 24-48h with a fan only  i don't want my babys to loose potency
But at least now i know how to avoid rookie mistakes for the next flush :sun:

Calcium chloride will only help you keep dried mushrooms dry.  It won't pull enough moisture fast enough.  Get a cheap dehydrator off of Amazon, set it to 160F, come back in 4 to 6 hours and they'll be cracker dry.

Your tub is huge, your crystals will have to draw all the moisture out of the air as well.

Many recommend against just fans. I have used silent high flow PC fans and they dry stuff out pretty quick, I can have a bowl of fruits and have the fan above them resting on the edge of the bowl, so its really blasting them, while a regular household desk fan blowing across shrooms is going to take a lot longer.

People are recommending taking prints, I would take some but would definitely be looking to clone the fruits, as it was presumably carefully selected and looks like good growth so you would can clone it to keep this. You can also clone sclerotia/stones/truffles, which are even easier to grow. The stones would also presumably be a carefully selected strain. A user called Aero had great success cloning sclerotia. I am starting his strain on agar again, I grew some stones and transferred some of one of those stones to agar again. Shrooms were banned in my country pretty much overnight, I was pissed off I never got the chance to clone some commercial cubensis.

I know fresh shrooms are illegal in amsterdam but can you still get them? Before fresh ones were banned I remember dried ones were illegal but I saw them openly on sale in many places in amsterdam.

As far as i Know you can only buy truffles in Amsterdam too.

I dont Know how to clone yet i'll definetly read about cloning for the 2nd Flush.
Now i'm scared i messed up
I'll let them dry for a few days If nothing happens i'll add more calciumchloride. I've 1,3 kg desiccant in total. Do you think that'll do it ?

don't worry they'll still work.. I've left fruit in my fridge for over a week and they were still very potent.

Best thing is to get them warm and move air over them.

An oven works great on the lowest setting maybe with a fan to keep the air circulating.

or just keep blasting them with a fan but just keep in mind the warmer the better.

I have used desiccant but you have to use a lot and it still takes a while.

Yeah well if you eat them all then you don't have to worry about drying them... :lmafo:

Edit- but tump is right. If you are waiting weeks and months to eat those then you need a better drying method.
