If storage is the problem, you should look into making a Wineador or Coolidor(not as pretty, but easier and more affordable). I have a Coolidor for boxes and a regular 100ct humidor for single sticks i got for 50 bucks on cigarbid, and i have more storage space than i think i'll ever need
cigarbid is also great for filling them up. tons of amazing deals to be had there, from stoagies to top shelf stuff

Skydiving, really need to do that again. I want to get into scuba diving as well. Skiing/snowboarding would be cool too....but beyond the money, my knees just couldn't handle that.

Fuck that! My biggest phobia ever is water, or at least all the terrifying things that live in it.
In a way, being underwater sounds serene and beautiful (I'm not talking about drowning either) but I'm too big of a puzzy to try it.

Yeah skydiving is the shit.
I thought I would be scared my first time; and I was a little nervous on the ground getting suited up, and also on the plane ride up, but it wasn't too bad. I even felt fine when they opened the door and people started jumping out.
Then it was my turn. I did tandem the first time, and me and my instructor were scooting toward the door, and still everything felt fine. Who knows what I was thinking. Then I was suddenly at the door, with my toes hanging over the edge, and I looked down. All of a sudden this was very, very real and I think I went into a state of shock. Then before I knew it I was shoved out the door!
At that point nothing mattered at all. I couldn't think about life, any of my problems, nothing but the insane amount of air rushing past me and the feeling of weightlessness and the ground rushing toward me. It was the most serene, relaxing feeling I have ever had in my life.

I share the thoughts. I love swimming and I love the ocean. But I have a horrible fear of drowning so I generally stick to being only chest deep at most.
If we're talking hobbies we wish we could take up but are too much of a pussy to do diving with sharks would be on the top of my list.

On that one though I think I'll just live vicariously through people who have balls.

Things that go bang/hunting for a ten lifetimes(check), free diving/spear fishing(check), several day surf/over night offshore fishing trips(check), going 100 mph down a deserted beach Baja style(check), gardening(check), building stuff(check). Those hobbies are a reality. However I don't have the funds for an airplane

Yeah, nothing says quality of life like watching my lady lounge on my boat as the sun sets.
Just relaxing on the boat with no sharks and a good buzz is very hard to beat. The scantily clad women is a great bonus!

Can't bring myself to buy a custom backgammon board though.. $1000-$2000 is quite a bit when my $50 board does the same thing. Think I'll just win one in a tournament one day. But I'll spend tens of thousands on fishing/hunting stuff..

none of my hobbies are terribly expensive on their own, the problem is i've got a lot of them. and it all starts to add up eventually, so i've had some months where i've had to make choices as to which I am going to actually focus on.

Boating. Though I know I'd probably just get bored with it even if I attained such luxury.
