It will grow indoors quite well.
When I first started mine they were germinated, and reminded indoors until they were put out in the spring.
I suspect that a bonsai specimen would grow very well indoors under artificial lightning or a sun room.

okay cool, how tall did they grow by spring? I don't know if I'll grow it bonsai. I was hoping to grow to at least 5ft so I can harvest some of its leaves

The smaller the pot the smaller it will stay.

I would say it'd be kind of hard to grow indoors but only because it grows so extremely fast outdoors. It is a very hardy plant though so I'm sure it will do decent. It looking good and being happy are two other things entirely.

Wouldn't that be better if it grows tasty so it can get established in its pot quicker?

I'm growing M. Olifeira and two M. Stenopetalas which start out quite a bit bigger (sprouting quite readily from a very large seed). Doing well under 150W HID and I intend to bonsai them as I mean to do with a number of plants that would otherwise outgrow my growhouse. Already topped one Stenopetala... however the level of my growhouse with that HID light is often quite dry as it was rather meant to be an arid biotope for cacti and e.g. baobab.
I have am using something like a humidity dome and a larger humidity tent right now but they will outgrow them. What are minimum RH% for moringa? Can I acclimatize them to 50%?
thanks <3

Well I had a buddy say the seed can be made into humus. Boiled and then geound up. Very healthy and nutritious.
Leaves can be used in salad and it should b a super food really.
