    #23559086 - 08/20/16 03:15 AM (7 years, 5 months ago)

Me and my friend were in the woods looking for mushrooms and we came across this one covered by some weeds in soil the closest tree was about 9 feet away and the soil was wet since there was a huge storm last night I live in Minnesota and I tried taking as much angles of the mushroom as possible because better be safe than sorry.

It isn't very IDable. Possibly it just looks so inedible because it is saturated and not rotten but I am still inclined to say don't think about it. There is a slim chance it is a very weakly active Pluteus (can't see if the gills are free) but you wouldn't bother with that; generally if you are looking for magic mushrooms you can ignore anything with pale gills, for a start.
