I'm more curious as to why you're cooking coir than why there's holes in your turkey tin :strokebeard2:

You can pasteurize coir by simply pouring boiling water over it in a 5 gallon bucket and placing a lid on.

And I'm curious as to why you're using Turkey pans. Mycelium will eat right through aluminum after some time.

Are you adding water to it before you need it? My coir comes in bricks and it could have shit on it but I don't open it till I make my tubs?? Do you buy the already shredded up bags of it or what?
