Original thread here https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21848407/fpart/28/vc/1#21848407 (it doesn't look like it was closed but i have no box to type in?)
Last movie i saw: sausage party. It was a fun filled kids movie and i really enjoyed seeing it with the family.
5 bags of popcorn and a bag teeny weenies so you have something else to snack on during the movie.

<--had no idea what this might summon (I apologize if the OG thread is fine and the issue is on my end, i have no problem taking this down if need be, but it was probably my all time favorite thread [excluding the 2 greatest classics "junky cop" and the meltdown in "dxm rocks whether you like it or not"] and if it isn't active anymore then lets raise it from the dead)
Also what did i do to get the heart by the thread title?

Come and See
One of the best WW2 movies ever made, if not the best. It's utterly brutal and grim, but it's an extremely realistic view of WW2 from the viewpoint of the Soviets.
-------------------- "I have no way of knowing whether you, who eventually will read this record, like stories or not. If you do not, no doubt you have turned these pages without attention. I confess that I love them. Indeed, it often seems to me that of all the good things in the world, the only ones humanity can claim for itself are stories and music; the rest, mercy, beauty, sleep, clean water and hot food (as the Ascian would have said) are all the work of the Increate. Thus, stories are small things indeed in the scheme of the universe, but it is hard not to love best what is our own—hard for me, at least."

Halo: fall of reach
Garbage . 4/10. Skip to the last 15 minutes of the movie , the rest is boring pointless filler.
So much wasted potential. You see aliens for ten minutes of the movie

Danny Mcbride is hilarious but it has a few members of the cast in Eastbound and Down and produced or directed by Will Ferrel.

You should try watching it again at a time when your brain isn't addled by drugs.
I give it a 7 or 8 out of 10. Have you seen the first one? Maze Runner? The one that shows you the backstory on the maze itself?

I saw the first one and couldn't stand it. Any movie that has one of the actors in it drive me nuts. The guy who looks like a character out of archie comics.
Will poulter. His eyebrows distract me anytime they're on camera. He really needs to be in a live action archie movie.

Mangled plot, poor dialogue, overdone soundtrack, oversexualized, awful joker etc. I found myself checking my phone towards the end of the movie

Yeah I watched them in succession. Bought a combo dvd thing and watched maze runner first. It mmight be a good movie when not on mdma. Zombies and dark scenes. No one wins in the end really. They survive but I don't feel like they won. I think it's a great setup to the third one forsure but it just seemed like there's never going to be a happy ending which I hated. I'll watch it again

Just saw Alligence, part of the Divergence series.
I'd give it a 6.5/10.
Decent but nothing great. Was interesting, and had lots of high tech stuff, but i didnt enjoy it as much as the first two movies (which were way more action-packed and trippy).
I wonder if theres a forth one I gotta read those books, i bet they are awesome.

Is that the one where they have like an atrifical ozone or something? I tried to watch it when I was like 7 but my dad didn't let me.
I was pissed at him for weeks about it. But surprisingly, I've never actually made the effort to see the remaining 1.5 hours of the film...

Oh, and Connery is in it right? Like, he fucking better be, or I'm gonna abuse something.
