So my big pc ran out of water while using it and the bottom warped outwards... How fucked is it? This happened on the last 23 qt pc i had as well but i continued to use it with no issues for quite a while till i got a new one.

Mine has a warped bottom. I don't know how bad yours is but I'm sure you can still use it. Try to find a way so it won't sit dead center on the convex bottom so there's more surface area for it to sit on.

How much water do you use? I like to get at least two or three inches and reduces down to about a half inch over 90 min.

read those before use
3 quarts go in buddy that's 12 cups you may need to raise your trivet if you use pint jars or pasty plates but quart jars will be at least 50% out of the water

i use plenty of water. You run a risk of depleting the water (for me i go up to just below the quart line on the jars) if you run it on max heat on the stove for too long, which also puts the needle past the 15psi mark by just a bit. typically you put the heat on max to get it up, then bring it down to medium or so and play with it so the needle isn't trying to push past that mark. I did not do this and ended up with a dry cooker. cool thing though, the seed is slightly caramelized, but still usable.

I run my 23 at 18psi by adding a little extra mass to the weight.
I lose at most 20% of the water I put in usually less. you should get about 10+ cups back out if you put 12 in.
this is in a 120-150 minute cycle.
you shouldn't be loosing nearly that much water. you need to check the operation or watch a video of how to turn the temperature down and hold it at operation PSI

Yeah. Thing is, i've asked some people lately out of curiosity and some have said it's possible for the structural integrity to have been compromised to some degree, even though this has happened to another cooker i no longer have in the past and even was able to use it for some time after.
I think in the long term, the best idea would be to replace these as they are not supposed to be like that, but I'm gonna go ahead and use it for now if there are no visible structure cracks in the actual metal.

Cool man. I'm gonna pass on any videos, as i can never really get the psi to go past 15 or 16, i'm just going to replace the unit down the line here soon and make sure i prep and watch everything a little better. I've been using this thing for a long long time and i'm not really a stranger, i just made a stupid mistake while being a little careless.

turn it down until the needle starts to fall, then gradually tip it up just a bit until the needle holds steady.
it should barely hiss out. put a quarter on top of the weight then you get to 15 and it's not at the threshold of the weight so even less will hiss out of the weight if you hold it at 15 but make the weight "hold 16ish"

Appreciate it, but that's basically what I said above. Like I said, I'm not new to pressure cooking.

christ, you can't even read the OP or add any relevant information that hasn't already been answered. get the fuck out with the attitude. You literally just repeated what I stated not one post above you. I asked what people's opinions were on replacing the unit or continuing to use it, not HOW to use it. Fucking learn to read
I recently had some family pass away just last night and i'm so not in the mood to deal with this snarky irrelevant nonsense.
Thanks to cronicr, therma, and kenetic for your input.

i have a few questions
1. what brand of PC do you have? i'm pretty sure i could literally run over my PC with an 18 wheeler truck and it wouldn't dent or bend.
2. can you post a pic of how bad it is warped
3. have you seen picture or videos of PC's exploding, i personally would never use one that appeared to be compromised in any way.

Wow man that's extremely rude. I know his comment was kind of arrogant too but you'll get banned quick for that kind of talk. I've been banned twice already for way less.
